Do you need to purchase a domain name first? Is the service free and the credit card just for verification, and future additional expansion? I know you slightly covered this, I just want to be sure.
Yes, you do need to get a domain. The credit card is just for verification. It's free up to 50 users the last time I looked. No problem with asking, better be safe than sorry.
Hi, followed your guide and it worked a charm for CasaOS. I'm trying add additional tunnels for direct access like CasaOS for HomeAssistant, PhotoPrism and Frigate. Is that possible, does the CasaOS CloudFlare client allow multiple tunnel Tokens to be used?
That's fantastic news! Indeed, you have the capability to include multiple Public Hostnames. dude... ok got the point... but I have few questions. What is 50 users? It doesnt matter how much data is going though it? and the last question is can I just forward services ports like snapdrop or a password vault on it?well I guess I have one more... can I keep my pihole(local dns) and nginx (reverse proxy so I dont need to type the port on local network ) the way it is?
You can have 50 users max on the Zero Trust cloudflare access. I have not seen a cap on bandwidth. You just can't stream video. Yes, you can set a public hostname for each service to go to your LAN IP. I would recommend setting up: ruclips.net/video/V2AWPL9GaMg/видео.html
I did this same thing two months ago and it works very well. CasaOs makes it very easy

is there is any way to get a free domain anywhere and to make it work with cloudflare? I tried with cloudns but it doesnt work
Not sure. I don't have any free domains. You can try Freenom? I thought I read an article somewhere that said they were backing up.
How to access homeassistant
