I currently live 7.9 miles from Switchback. I've ridden the outdoor track a couple times, but this last weekend rode the indoor for the first time... actually my first indoor experience ever! It's soooo different! Almost a different sport. I'm really looking forward to riding it again and yep, get the rhythm down! You're looking great!
That’s pretty close I live about 90 miles from the track. Yeah indoors is almost a completely different type of riding, but I really like the practice. I feel like it helps with timing jumps and bike technique a lot. Hopefully I’ll see you up there sometime soon I need to get back up there to ride it’s been a while. Thanks man I appreciate it! I definitely got to get all of the rhythms down clean next time I’m there
They’re both fun but route 62 is one of my favorite tracks to ride. It feels like there’s more room to ride and I like the way the track flows plus the dirt gets nice ruts which I never seen indoors
I ride at N.A.P City Mx, Switchback, Route 62, Mx Acres, Ohio International Raceway, Creekside before they closed. I’ve been to Grear’s a few times too. There’s a track called Lightning Raceway that I go ride sometimes as well. I’ve been to Beans Mx once I plan on going back there too. I want to go check out a few tracks this summer like: Promisedland Mx, Adrenaline Ridge Mx, Tomahawk Mx and I’d like to go to Budds Creek too. I definitely want to travel around and hit as many tracks as possible this year.
Like the vlogging stuff ngl haha also i have a question im 5’7 would i be able to stand with a 2024 ktm 250 xcf without falling bc i have sat on a 2024 ktm 250 excf and toes reached fine.
Thank you I appreciate it! You shouldn’t have any problems standing and touching the ground on that bike. Im around the same height too and most bikes fit me pretty well. The only time you will probably have a problem is on off camber turns the uneven ground gets me sometimes lol.
@@RM-qv1sz the top of my body is longer then my legs. Would I be able to come to a stop and Stand bc thats my big concern. And the turns doesn't really bother me that much I just hope my height is good enough to stand and im 75 kg haha
@@JOEMAMA.95 My legs are a little longer than my torso but I still think you’d be alright standing. You might have to slide to one side a little bit sometimes but you’ll definitely get used to it. Plus it will help you get better at balancing the bike so you won’t have to rely on dabbling your foot everywhere.
@@RM-qv1sz oh thanks it's a learning curve ig. And thanks alot for the information and I did sit a little on my left butcheek seemed comfortable and I could stand. Tried moving the bike with my body and it was lightish. I thought it would be alot heavier like I leaned the bike basically. Haha thanks alot man
@@JOEMAMA.95 Yeah it’s a little bit of a learning curve but you’ll be fine. I see guys a lot shorter than us that make it work. You’re welcome man no problem at all. If you have any other questions the comments are always open. Yeah that’s what I have to do sometimes too I shift a little to the side and lean the bike a little if I need to. You’re welcome man hopefully I’ll see you at the track sometime soon
You’re riding great. Switchback has some tricky rhythms that are really fun. 💪
Thank you I appreciate it! Yeah they are a little tricky at first but once you get them down they are fun 💪🏾
