These are gorgeous 😍. But after all that work I could not just have them in 2 weeks. I get 4-5 weeks from my twists and refresh sections in between. I also braid the roots which helps them last longer.

For natural hair we cannot keep are hair 5 week we out washed 😢😢😢
Heck, when I used to do mini-twists, I used to wear them for MONTHS. I would just refresh a few nearly every day. I would was and condition them and everything.
Beautiful results. 💕 I usually leave my mini twists in for 4 weeks. It takes me roughly 6 hours to finish. My hair is almost at waiste length.

I say the same thing when I install my mini plaits. I'm on evening three after work this evening. But, they're so yummy and I won't need to style for 8 weeks. I added "grammy" (crystal) beads to the ends to keep the hang time and lessen shrinkage over time.
If my hair gets a few inches longer…this will be my forever style. Mine kinda looks like an organized wash n go (bc my ends are so curly and my hair so fluffy)…i would wash and restyle monthly. Literally my favorite natural hair style.

This style was usually my go-to for a protective style, as well. So much so that I’ve had microlocs installed that started as 2-strand twists (300+ locs now). I loved my loose natural hair, but I don’t think I’m ever looking back 😂

I let my stylist do two strand twists and it is definitely my summer look this year. In the winter I’ll go back to blow outs but these twists are everything.

Your hair is gorgeous 🤩 any cute style. I’m getn ready for wash day and doing mini braids..I will not take them out only monthly maintenance will be in for 1yr. I don’t want my hair to Loc reason I’ll refresh monthly. Mini twist puffs quickly on my hair natural body, thick, curly coily 🤦🏾♀️ I don’t want rubber bands or gel to hold and they frizz quickly 😟..

How do you maintain them daily and night time routine? They are beautiful.....
At night I just put a bonnet on and in the morning I spray a leave in and a little oil

You can use gel you may not get the same results since I used a cream

It think it was about 8 hrs or so
@@CrystalClearCurlsChannel was there a lot of shrinkage, and if there was, do you have a way to prevent that
Sorry I’m just now seeing this but I did it on stretched hair so I did t have to worry about shrinkage. If there was any shrinkage it was very minimal. I added leave in and oil on the ends of my hair a couple times a week but I didn’t spray them with water which would have caused them to shrink
