Hey man, the I just bought my Jewel, I'm not so good at crafting. As far as I know, the best way is to spam Fundamental Fossil on the ilvl 84 base. You can buy fractured 25-35% effect to make your life a bit easier. But please double check on RUclips or with more experienced player before spending currency.
I have been using 21 20 slower proj over void manipulation, for me on a mb set up it without any mirror tier item it felt like an improvement. could you try it on your set up and share your experience?
I also tried squeezing 5 points to take all the slower proj speed on the right side, including mastery. Gem alone = 30% slower. 5x passive points = ~31%. Combined = 53%~. For those msoz players out there without simplex you can try these

I reckon a lot of us are not very smart when it comes to crafting...Been playing since 2.0 and am still mostly dumb beyond the alt, regal, annul. especially for clusters etc. And most build videos are too fast talking and blablabla where you have to pause and rewatch 50 times to get it.

I don't create builds but I follow already existing ones, but in my videos and setups I use items that are more affordable and easier to get. I suck at crafting myself but Im learning now, so when I feel I can share reliable information regarding crafts I will share it with you. Dont want to provide wrong information that can cost people money, so I talk about things I understand.
