Maxcrss literally everything he does that isn't flame slash (even his extremely bad normals) take over ten frames to come out. He is so pathetically slow and punishable he will never keep up with top tiers like Joker or ZSS. The only matchup I can see going well for him is Snake but even then he will get demolished by Nikita and grenade but you'll never get bounce when you really need it.
