    What are the things which we need to look before investing or buying a ticket in a property?
    There are few private builders who sell tickets without any website or anything! Isn't it risky?
    How is this different from REIT's?

    • @jumpformbyyashtalreja634
      @jumpformbyyashtalreja634  3 года назад +2

      Hi, by ticket you mean a share in a property right?
      Yes basically REITs are listed and these are run by private companies so the risk is different, and more dependant on the company you're working with. You can read more about the comparison here: www.moneycontrol.com/news/business/real-estate/all-you-need-to-know-about-fractional-ownership-of-commercial-property-and-reits-6146871.html
      The reason why these companies qualify as PropTech, as compared to doing this with any builder, because they use these portals and the tracking to keep everything transparent. As far as I know, you get shares in an SPV (Special Purpose Vehicle) that holds the asset so there is full documentation. Since it's a new concept here you have to evaluate based on the company you work with.
      Hope that helped, and sorry for the lengthy reply!

      @@jumpformbyyashtalreja634 Yes, Ticket means shares and they also sell in by saying that you own this many sq feet, where we don't know where it is! Thanks so much for the clarification.
