Hi, by ticket you mean a share in a property right? Yes basically REITs are listed and these are run by private companies so the risk is different, and more dependant on the company you're working with. As far as I know, you get shares in an SPV (Special Purpose Vehicle) that holds the asset so there is full documentation.
