I was in NEED of a haircut (as you'll see) and decided to check out my hairstylist Mayssa. She was one of the Master Educators at the Rëzo Salon for YEARS and then went on to open up her own salon a few months ago (congrats Mayssa 😉)

Hair cut looks amazing!!!! When you say “no products” can I use a leave in/styler on my hair?
Thank you so much! If you want to leave any product in, I would use the smallest amount of conditioner that you use in the shower after shampooins. Sometimes leave in's can be too heavy and will mess with how your curl pattern looks when it's time to cut it! So my suggestion is like a quarter size of conditioner in the shower, at mosttttt lol

Beautiful curly cut, Sully! I’m getting my first curly cut here in Atlanta on Saturday. I sadly have high porosity hair now and used to have medium porosity hair. Will a curly cut still work for me?
Hey Jazmin! Thank you so much. As for your cut, that's exciting! The porosity of the hair doesn't matter. As long as you have curls (which you have beautiful curls) it'll work! Just make sure you're clear with your style on the shape you want and how much hair you're willing to cut off so you can get the best result!

@@SullyG Hey Sully! You’re welcome. I got my curly hair cut today, and I love it! Tanzania cut my tail in the back, and gave me layers in the front. I loved how thorough she was with explaining everything in regards to what she did to my hair. She used Innersense Organic Beauty and Uncle Funky’s Daughter in my hair. I’ll be back to her in April for my maintenance cut. I can’t wait for my hair to grow back to how long it was in my profile picture here on RUclips.

How much is the haircut?
It depends on the stylist but I believe it starts at $150
I visited Rezo Salon yesterday here in NY; you have lost your damn mind, if you think I am going to pay $300 to $500 for a haircut.
I understand. There are salons like the one I go to, that have stylist that are Rëzo trained and will cut your hair for less. The price also depends on what type of stylist your getting (master, educator, etc.) It may help to do your research and find one that fits your budget.
