- My attempt at nailing John Mayer's tone (not perfect). Using a Fender Custom Shop tele. I think the key with this amp is the deep switch, which needs to be pulled to get that creamy/smooth mayer sound. All knobs at 11am except for gain and master which I have at about 130-2pm.
Glorious!!! 🔥🔥🔥
I unfortunately couldn’t afford the Two-Rock and went with a Ceriatone OTS Mini 20 which gives up the goods extremely well too, but I’m looking at speakers now that will play well with it.
I bought a 2x12 Sourmash cabinet (extremely well made) and now to fit it with some quality speakers that will fit well with the “D” style amp…
Best! ✌🏼
finally a proper souding demo. I didnt quiet get what the gain and master were set to. 1 o clock and 2 o clock respectively? and also, at this volume, did u have any noise complaints? and which speaker cab ?
Yo! Thanks for listening. Settings are in the description. It was the matching two rock 1x12, I believe. I don’t own the amp anymore, but wish I did!
@@tusharistherails thanks for the reply..i mean..which speakers in the cab?
