he stab him with what i can presume a 14 or 16 gauge stainless steel needle to released the air out from his upper lung due to the tension pneumothorax. he insert the needle from what i can see correctly at 2nd intercostal space at the midclavicular line which is medically correct. the way he did it might be exaggerated and kind of dangerous but for drama purposed its fine and i enjoyed watching it.

This is one of the most satisfying revenge stories. It also highlights how you need to get your hands dirty to take out dirt. I loved it.
