It would be great if we had a full single player game in The Elder Scrolls series about Elsweyr. Raise a Khajiit rebellion against the Aldmeri Dominion or something idk why not
Morrowind and Elsweyr are the most lore rich settings in not only TES, but also compared to many, many other places of modern fantasy soyslop. Each place is somewhere one could get lost in, exploring their beautiful cities and environs.
@@prefectabby I don't know if Emily's naturally got the accent she gave this character's singing voice or if she created it but the accent gives the voice an interesting quality.
It's a fantastic MMORPG in my opinion, but not a great Elder Scrolls game. For me it lacks the immersiveness of the single-player ES games. Its mechanics are also a cross between an ES game and a WoW-like MMORPG, though I prefer straight ES mechanics. ESO is still a great game, though. But again, I don't think it's a great ES game.
@@VespinFeebler I'm with you on that. It works very well as an Elder Scrolls-flavored MMO, but it lacks the true freedom of the other games in the Elder Scrolls universe. Especially considering the class system that an MMO requires but which really goes against the other games where you could be anything you wanted without restriction. You could be a thief AND a mage AND a fighter as well as a talented enchanter and blacksmith and you didn't have to choose which one to prioritize. And with it not being able to pause when you stop to read things it breaks my immersion because I can't take the time to actually sit and read through them because I'm getting attacked again. It's a great game and I enjoy the quests but it's not a true Elder Scrolls game in some of the important ways.
Hahah no, TES6 is most likely going to shit all over ESO. There’s nothing remotely impressive about ESO, I’d even go as far to say that Morrowind was more innovative and unique than ESO ever was.
@@roselover411 Skyrim was pretty much the only ES game without classes. Oblivion had classes, though you could find yourself messing with other areas due to its leveling system, and Morrowind plus previous games were very fixed in their classes and attributes, so I wouldn't say the class system itself is what broke it off. I think it just tried too hard to be like other games and fill a mmo template with es skins overall
The khajit and argonians have some of the greatest and most beautiful cultures
Too bad they don't particularly like each other
@@shaestroup2044 you can really tell in the first song that she’s dissing the argonians
There is a quest in the elsweyr where you find Khajiits and Argonians working together.
Props to the actress for handling the iconic "rrr" of khajiits really well
yes, the one that do the translation in french do not, im so sad

Khajiit are the reason I play these games. This is purfection.
4:40 I can almost feel the warm sandy wind under a bright moonlight. What a stellar performance!
Does anyone know who voiced this character? Her singing is heavenly...
Emily O'brien (Khamira's voice actress)

First and second are my favorite. Second literally lulls me to sleep it's so good as a lullaby.
The best bard in Elder Scrolls, not just ESO.
Ahhh! I'm so glad someone recorded her songs! She's so nice to listen to, I always stop to listen when she sings
I feel ESO raised-the-bar for ES games. ES6 has a lot to live up to.

There is a male Khajiiti bard in Rimmen's market I believe and he as a heck of a voice to.
I absolutely love 'Dancing Among the Flowers Fine..." sooo beautiful...I love the Khajiit
Beautiful singing, and her looks, too.
by far my favorite bard
I've had enough im getting back into eso

That instrument is like a Persian santur
Fitting, considering that Khajiit is based on Persian culture.

Not sure what the Khajiit call it, but it is based off of an Arabic/Turkish instrument called a Qanun.
I don't think santur functions that way...
No wonder why these are Grammy nominated people every year
Did euraxia and zumag Phoom dislike this ?
Only Euraxia.
(Part 4 series 1) the song of home..i miss else where but i must find the blades to destroy dragons glad i have moonsuger i have about 40 or so...

How do I get this instrument?
Name of the song?
Sounds very old syrian
find the english version better, because she rolls the r when she speaks, thinks like her feline, in French they don't do that
But bosmer, the khajiit aren't all about dat skooma shit, bro.

Khajiit* and yes it does
Yes it does
