In Japan is iPhone pronunciation “iPhorne” (アイフォーン) ?Is it true?
I hardly heard the “iPhorne” pronunciation for iPhone sold in Japan not in USA. Of course, iPhone is “iPhone” pronunciation for iPhone sold in USA I think.
If Apple say ー(long note mark) is not stand for long note but -(hyphen) in this situation.
It would be hyphen. So, most Japanese pronounce it correct way.
Would we both ー(long note mark) and -(hyphen) as doble way mark in Japan?

In China, New Energy Vehicle share will be over 40％ by 2030.
Sales share of EVs is about 4 % in New Vehicle Sales 2021 and about 6 % in 2022 in USA. Sales share of EVs is about 14 ％ in 2022 in the world.
And about 29 % in 2022 in China. About 2 ％ in 2022 in India and Japan.
China, USA and India are 3 top of auto mobile sales in 2022.
Charging stand are increasing.
On the other hand, Hydrogen station are staying, I think.
In Japan, amount of charging stand is about 20000 in 2023.
Amount of hydrogen station is about 200 in 2023.
If device of electrolysis of 2H2 is cheap and someone discover alternative platinum, this EVs situation will change significantly.
Who would wake up innovation?
In any case would we unify how to call EVs in any country?
EVs would include Battery electric vehicle，Plug-in hybrid vehicle，and fuel cell electric vehicle.
It would be our common sense.
EVs would stand for zero-emissions vehicles sometime.
Could we think both as same concept?

Is EVs not include Hybrid electric vehicle without Plug-in or horse or cow rode by human?
I think zero-emissions vehicles would get off Hybrid electric vehicle.
