Ingredients:
1 cup butter
1 cup sugar
4 mashed bananas
2 cup flour
4 tsp. baking soda
1 cup chocolate chips or nuts (optional)
Brown sugar and cinnamon for topping
Instructions:
1) Preheat the oven to 350F.
2) Measure out the dry ingredients in separate bowls; flour, sugar, baking soda and (if using) chocolate chips or nuts.
3) In a separate bowl, mash up bananas very well.
4) Add the butter and sugar to the mashed bananas and mix them together by hand very well.
5) Combine flour and baking soda. Stir thoroughly. (If you’re using chocolate chips or nuts, toss them in the flour first so they won’t sink in the bread!)
6) Add flour mixture to banana mixture and mix thoroughly by hand.
7) Pour into a lightly greased loaf pan. Smooth and level the batter in the pan.
8) Sprinkle brown sugar and cinnamon on top.
9) Bake at 350F for approximately 30 mins.

lovelyladycakes omg, no joke. but this is my every day dish too! i would make them actually in a muffin style, same thing just in a cupcake case, for pretty much every month because when the banana starts getting to ripe i would use it instead of throwing it out.
