Awesome video, brings back a lot memories. I have been there at the same spots in the video just some month(s?) after the two elephants dropped down the last waterfall you showed. It's a great spot and they lead us to the top of it, very, very close to the drop line. The "Beach"-waterfall was a bit of disappointment to some tourists, I spoke with there. They thought it would be higher. In fact in the movie they made it look higher and a friend who was there during filming, told me, that they put cushions under the watter surface, because the water is actually not too deep for such a jump. Of course some place like the hotel and visitors centre are new or changed a lot. Thanks for letting us be on your trip.
I have been to 2 national parks in Thailand and they have been amazing. Really a true gem the national parks if you want to get away from heavy tourist crowds
Look at all the butterflies!!❤ When we visited Khao Yai a few years ago in July, there weren't so many... Next time we'll visit the park in February😊 Thanks for the video Jeroen👍
Great video Jeroen really liked it, this video bring very good memories for me all the places you show us I have been also. I did a 3 days jungle tour at Khao Yai National Park in half June 2014 with my cousin who lived in Thailand. It was an amazing trip and we both enjoy it a lot. I had a jungle tour on day 2 but when we go we had some heavy rain showers and thunder and there where leeches everywhere I got quite a few on my body which I found a little scary. Unfortunately we did not saw any elephants. But it was an amazing adventure the beautiful nature and the sound of the jungle I loved it. Our Thai tour guide was a very nice guy also and show a lot of things. The last day we went for the high waterfall. I want to go back there for sure, I like the resort where you stayed will check one .
Beautiful Park and experience the nature there, different from the concrete jungle 😅😊, สวยมากนะครับ, unlucky Holland Team yesterday, even I wear a orange Shirt at home 😀😀🍺✌🏼🤘🏼 🇳🇱
Nov-Dec I recommend you to visit place It is not well-known among foreign tourists Phu Thap Boek, Phetchabun Province of Thailand. You will see beautiful nature, mountains , and sleep on a sea of clouds, like you are in heaven.
08:34 "Haew Narok" Waterfall (Hell Abyss in English) because of the dangerous strength of the current. The sightseeing point is only the first tier of the waterfall which has a height of approximately 50 meters while the second and third level are not open to tourists because it is very dangerous. The total height of this waterfall is almost 200 meters. Every year, wild elephants cross the waterfall's path and elephants die because they are swept away by the current, hit rocks and fall from high ground. Even though the elephant barriers had been built. The statistics of wild elephants dying from this waterfall are on average 1-2 elephants per year. The behavior of wild elephants crossing this waterfalls is still unknown until today. It's the reason why Thai people give this waterfall a negative name.
There will be the Pak Chong station on the Bangkok-Korat high speed rail line. That will be how the Kao Yai National Park can be more easily accessible.
Those 'hornets' look more like ordinary honey bees. The hornets we get in our garden are half the length of an index finger... And if you get within an arms length, will attack at lightening speed.
