You’re very welcome! See the thing is if we work alone yes, it’s as much as one nurses pay. However, if we hire we become the middle man and we get paid for the services that the staff provides as well. If we charge $30/hr we pay the staff 15 and 15 goes into the business per staff so if we have 5 CNAs on the clock that’s 15*5 which would be $75 per their one hour plus my full $30 for the hour I worked which would be 105 per hour in total and so on. Very lucrative but it only works out long term if your heart is it for the right reasons. 😁💕
@@businesslifewithtonii yes for sure your heart has to be in for the right reasons I have two jobs I work in home health also at assisted living and the care at both of them is just sad most of the workers there are either mean or don’t do their job on the phone most of the time … and family’s complain and stop the services or move their family’s from different assisted livings and I think to myself man maybe I can start something of my own and get the right care for these people because it hurts to see they pay so much for lack of care and the old timers patients really get forgotten with food and no showers for weeks so something as to be done. 🙏🏾
@@annaamileav626 yes I have experienced the same. It’s so sad and unfortunate. If you have a relationship with the clients or their relatives and the opportunity presents itself a residentially facility could beneficial.

Hi Toni. I was thinking about using a virtual address. Since watching this video it seems a virtual address won’t be good for this industry.
It will depend on your state. For my location the state and legal entity you need a physical address and for the public you can use a virtual address however it could cause issues later on with other things.
