Tokyo Mirage Sessions would qualify with the rules of this list and it's great! I still don't think it got the love it deserved even after a re-release :(
I understand what Erick is coming from. I played over 40 hours of Tokyo Mirage Sessions and the story is really bad, probably one of the worst for RPGs on the Switch. I would say if you are a fan of FF X-2 you will probably like Tokyo Mirage Sessions.
I'm really conflicted on this game, on one hand the battle system is probably one of the best in any jRPG I played. I also really love the theme of the game. But the dungeons are way to tedious. Most of the quest are designed really poorly, most of them come down to fetch this item or kill xx of a certain monster, all for laughably bad reasons. It all just feels really outdated. What also bothered me was when I got to a point in the story where things got really dire and we needed to save the world quickly, all of sudden I get a request to check on a photographer because "he's not feeling well". That immediately ruined the whole mood. But then again, the combat and character progression are really good! I just wished they build a good game around it.
Recently bought Xenoblade 2, I really love the visual style, the music and the sense of adventure that this game creates. The combat system seems very complex so far, I feel a bit silly Sorry for bad English
ruclips.net/video/GEksqxaML58/видео.html this video has a pretty in depth tutorial on the combat if you want to check it out. It helped me out when I was playing the game!
I just want to put some shout outs to Ikenfell here, I think it's really unknown. It's about a girl named Maritte who goes to a Hogwarts-like school named Ikenfell to find her sister and she suddenly finds herself with magic powers and gets caught up in the mystery surrounding the school. The battles are turn-based with timing-based commands, like Mario RPG. It has cute graphics and a wonderful soundtrack.
In my opinión I am Setsuna was pretty boring and XC2 and FH3H are top 3 for me. Despite that, its a great video! Switch its an amazing console for JRPG lovers!
I agree. I didn't care for the I am setsuna or that lost sphere game. Lost sphere to me was terribly boring but I respect his opinion. All xenoblades have been amazing to me so far.
I agree. I didn't find i am setsuna boring like lost shear but it wasn't a jrpg I would reasonably put that high on a top 10 list for switch. I get the impression he favors more simplistic battle systems over systems with more depth.
I don't really get the hate for I am Setsuna. Its a pretty solid 20 hour experience. It wouldn't support a significantly longer length but I quite enjoyed my time with it.
My Top 10: 1. Octopath Traveler 2. Fire Emblem Three Houses 3. Xenoblade Chronicles 2 4. Langrisser 1&2 Remakes 5. Legend of the Tetrarchs 6. Monochrome Order 7. Final Fantasy IX 8. Pokemon Sword/Shield 9. Nexomon Extinction 10. Disgaea 5 Complete
Great list!! YS VIII one of the best rpgs i ever played! Highly recommend. The music is sooo good. Also the first Xenoblade's story and english voice acting is amazing and looong
I'm a big action RPG fan, so I picked up Ys 8 when I was sick a few summers ago. It was pretty good, but sorry to say that it didn't stick quite like Xenoblade 2. The playable flashbacks caught me off guard and I loved having finally climbed the mountain and then looking back to see how small the camp was from up there. Xenoblade 2 on the other hand is easily one of my favourite games on the Switch, with its rhythm-game-like combat being very addictive. I also got way more invested in its entire cast, whereas for Ys I really only had reason to care about Dana, though that could have to do with not having played any other Ys games they could have appeared in.
Yeah some amazing games here. Xenoblade, Octopath, dq11 among my favourite switch games. Nice to see some love for ys 8 as well. I've been intrigued by cold steel but heard that I wouldn't understand things as well without playing the other entries.
Xenoblade Chronicles: DE is my no.1 game for both the Switch AND the overall generation. Personally I would have excluded very basic remasters, but included full remakes and significantly upgraded remasters.
@@andyk9735Monolith Soft has always said this game is a remaster. This is a stellar list of heavy hitters IMO. I am Setsuna and Octopath are the two in this list I wish to play the most and hopefully I have a chance soon. This is a great list, thanks Erick!
Already played Ys 8 on the PS Vita so at least I know how good it is including the main heroine Dana I would love to get a figure of her. It is rare to find a Ys game on a Nintendo platform but I am thankful to see the Ys series on a Nintendo system.
The only true Switch exclusives here are Fire Emblem Three Houses and Xenoblade 2/Torna. I like the Switch, but there's not enough original RPGs for it.
That is exactly my disappointment with the Switch. The DS and 3DS had dozens of unmissable exclusives. On Switch we got almost no exclusive Atlus JRPGs, only 1 Fire Emblem, no good Pokemon games, it's a wasteland of overpriced inferior ports. Only a few good games that saved the system being Fire Emblem and Xenoblade, and I would also say Rune Factory. They had to artificially remove Digimon Story Cyber Sleuth from the Playstation Network store to make the Switch version more valuable. Hopefully SMT V and Rune Factory V will be amazing next year, but we also need another great Fire Emblem and a truly great Pokemon.
Other current-gen platforms aren't exactly loaded with new JRPG either and the next-gen (PS5/XS) look even more barren. Yes, the PS4 was out much longer than the Switch but some of the biggest hit were originally PS3, let's not forget. I'm much more concerned about the future of the genre as a whole...
Nights Of Azure 2: It's true, the game is good, the fanservice, I like it and the final fight is great ... the girls are beautiful ... i'm in love with some hahaha
Steamworld Quest: Hand of the Gilgamech - is 2d hand drawn rpg with fun card battle system 👌. Cross Code - is 16 but style rpg with fast action combat & a very cool story about being inside a MMO game.
Thanks for the list, I’m gonna add 1 or 2 from that list. My favorites so far are: 1. Fire Emblem Three Houses 2. Dragon Quest XI S Definitive Edition 3. Xenoblade Chronicles 2
If hack and slash counts, Oninaki is a lot of fun. I also really like Lost Sphear, and Dragon Quest Builder 1&2 (especially 2). And I ESPECIALLY enjoyed the highly underrated Labyrinth of Refrain.
Xenoblade 2, Trails of Cold Steel III, and DQ11 are easily the best JRPGs on the system in my opinion. I am surprised that you put the very mediocre I am Setsuna ahead of Xenoblade 2, but hey, it's your list not mine! Although, I do approve of your number 1! Great video man!
It's not mediocre, it's bad. The music put me to sleep, there's too much snow and nothing else, the gameplay was boring, the translation was incomplete, the story was just FFX but heavily watered down, characters literally sacrificed themselves for no reason... but honestly if I was in that game, I'd want to kill myself too. That was the point the list lost all credibility for me.
Octopath Traveler doesn’t need grinding if you play through all of the characters’ stories. If you want something to complain about, I would point to how the dungeons are straightforward and uninspired.
@@jizzuschrist6252 Yep. It just needs something to shake things up. Like switches to open doors, or turtles or rocks to hop on, or even a puzzle to solve! I love the battle system, but that’s all that game is in the end. Edit: turtles is a FF6 reference. I just realized how random that sounds.
To be real as someone who plays Atelier series. I personally recommended the mysterious series specially Sophie 1. You gonna ask why? Because 3 reason: 1- this is one of the few who doesn't have time limit. 2- the battle system is a classic one "Turn base" 3- the alchemist system is funny like playing a puzzle with effect. Is not like Ryza is bad for beginners but the active combat system is pretty much difficult for a beginners in RPG.
Great list! Sooo many games I probably should play. I double-dipped on DQXI for PS4 & Switch. Currently playing through Ys VIII on PS5 (optimal way to play…).
I bought the switch lite to play rpg's I missed out on from nes to ps2. So that's what I've been mostly playing but new stuff I have nothing so this list is going tk bring me to modern age.
@@picnicentry i think it's incredible, I prefer handheld over home console, the smaller portable choice. I only am concerned with joycon drift on it. So I use a controller on games that require analog sticks. Of course I mostly play games that require the d-pad and to me the c arrows or whatever regular switch uses is so lame. But that's possibly just me. Since I've gotten a home console switch and do play different games on there. More modern ones, but to each their own.
Octopath is such a good game, but it's a little too much grinding for me considering my limited time to be able to play games. Sadly I don't think I'll ever get to finish it. Love seeing some of these other recommendations on where I can head next, most especially interested in Valkyria Chronicles 4. I loved the original!
Great list, the Switch is really stacked with great JRPGs. I'm still holding out on ToCS series since I haven't played any. I could pick them up on my Vita, maybe I should get 1&2 there...
I've never really played much before switch (the last console I had was maybe the N64?) so I'm enjoying discovering all of these. I've enjoyed the ones I've tried so far, so this is helpful to decide what to do next!
Glad I'm not alone in not really enjoying XC2 that much, although I think you enjoyed it a bit more than me lol Ys is way more up my alley as an action jrpg. Three Houses was pretty good for me all things considered, but even as a fire emblem fan, I found myself not wanting to replay it after finishing all of the content it had (but not a big surprise for me nowadays). Ys VIII and ToCS III are some of my all time favorites now, especially after watching an Ys VIII playthrough and still completing it for myself and playing through all of the Trails games for the latter. Atelier Ryza and Valkyria Profile look kinda interesting, so I'll have to keep them on my list.
My top 3 3. DQ 2. XENOBALDE 2 1. FE 3HOUSES. three houses really amazing, beautiful story, game play, realationship and combat Xenoblade is the best switch open world after zelda, the world is Very Huge and beautiful DQ story is a medicore but game play? Crafting armor with 200iq style and multiple weapon skill tree? AMAZING
Loved FE:TH and DQ11 - thanks for the new suggestions! Just as a note: Disgaea 4 and 5 both have demos on the Switch, so you can try them out to see if you like them first.
Dragon Quest 11, Ys 8 and 9, Shin Megami Tensei 5, Trials of Mana, Secret of Mana Collection, Octopath Traveler, Bravely Default 2, Valkyria Chronicles 4, Rune Factory 5, Grandia HD Collection, Genshin Impact, Tales of Vesperia, Xenoblade 2, Xenoblade remake, Fire Emblem. Not the best library in the world (and certainly not approaching the PS4), but it's not too shabby either.
Very nice list .Great that you mentioned Valkyria 4 ,very underrated although it eventually sold very well .YS is worthy for number two, it's one of the best jrpgs of the past few years .And let's be honest dragon quest has to be in number 1 ,it's definitely the definition of jrpg and a really great game .
Switch is a pretty good system for that, very few JP-exclusives as well as far as I'm aware. You will definitely have to come back to this in like, 4-5 years. :)
Grest list. I personally wouldnt include SRPGs as they are almost always Strategy first and only RPG second, and would include Battlechasers Nightwar and Ni No Kuni.
traisl of cold steel 3 (that is pratically a reboot of the first, and is full of dialogue like the others) has one of the most beautiful turn based battle system. for an old style rpg experience i recomend 3 games: trails of cold steel 3, shin megami tensei 5 e atelier sophie 2.
I'm 250 hours into xenoblade chronicles 2 and no I'm not finished yet and haven't played Torna DLC. I'm very thorough. As you can tell I think XE2 should be top. Most People don't understand understand combat but when you learn how to use pouch items you will be rolling
Just came across this channel. Nice video with entertaining writing and pacing. You seem to have an accent but it's not making it hard to understand you. Last but not least, you are really good looking ☺
FE3H and octopath made buying the system worthwhile even if I don't buy many more games for the switch nowadays, (until they fix their awful pricing Nintendo can get bent).
if you are counting Vita Ports then personally I got to give it to DigimonStory Cyberslueth Complete Edition, it's an amazing persona-like RPG with 2 full games with 2 parallel stories that intersect with each other at several points. Great story, amazing characters, and hits some themes I never though I'd see in something like a digimon game.
"Persona like" It takes more from Shin Megami Tensei. I mean, sure Persona is a Shin Megami Tensei spin-off that has very similar gameplay but Cyberslueths was mostly inspired by Shin Megami Tensei Devil Summoners: Soul Hackers (Jesus christ who thought that mouthful of a name was ok) Heck, Cyberslueths even had the same character designer as Shin Megami Tensei Devil Survivors.
I have to say I'm a huge fan of this list. I'm not so keen on the action RPGs, but every one of the turn based RPGs are top notch. That's just a preference thing though, and I'm sure the others are good for those who like those types of RPGs.
Have you played Labyrinth of Refrain? Hands down my favorite RPG of the last 10 years. Unique battle mechanics, solid voice cast, and a phenomenal story that kept me guessing. It also has my favorite post game content of all time.
After being a Nintendo only gamer during the N64 and Nintendo GameCube eras where we only got either few JRPGs to none compared to what was offered on the PlayStation and SEGA/XBox systems at the time. I am thankful to know that today's Nintendo only gamers don't have to go far just to play some awesome JRPGs. Back in my day, I had to go PlayStation 3 and XBox 360 generations since the Nintendo Wii could not play what was on offer that was what made me a Multi Platform gamer just to get the JRPGs. With the JRPGs that are offered on the Nintendo Switch, plus SONY screwing over niche Japanese developers these days, this is like living in opposite land compared to when I was a Nintendo only gamer (mostly due to family budget at the time during the N64 and GameCube era which meant I could only get one console and one handheld at the time)

What also bothered me was when I got to a point in the story where things got really dire and we needed to save the world quickly, all of sudden I get a request to check on a photographer because "he's not feeling well". That immediately ruined the whole mood.
But then again, the combat and character progression are really good! I just wished they build a good game around it.
cencorship and bullshit and that game was censored yet again for the west. we dont support that shit here
Recently bought Xenoblade 2, I really love the visual style, the music and the sense of adventure that this game creates. The combat system seems very complex so far, I feel a bit silly
Sorry for bad English
I feel similarly, loved the story and exploration but couldn't get into the combat
ruclips.net/video/GEksqxaML58/видео.html this video has a pretty in depth tutorial on the combat if you want to check it out. It helped me out when I was playing the game!
@@luke3810 Thanks. I always want to understand the game systems on my own, but it will probably be better to look at the guides
If you want to understand the combat I recomend you Enel channel. He has a lot of guides for XC2
@TheOutkast4ever predictable twist tbh but it’s a good game. Kinda overrated 😂
He's probably doing only physical releases.
Came to the comments lookin for this
Yeah, I am Setsuna is mediocre at best. That game disappointed me so much that I didn't even give Lost Sphere a glance.
I don't really get the hate for I am Setsuna. Its a pretty solid 20 hour experience. It wouldn't support a significantly longer length but I quite enjoyed my time with it.
Quality list. Very glad you included Ryza, it’s a pretty under-appreciated series
a million copies sold isn't under appreciated lol
My Top 10:
1. Octopath Traveler
2. Fire Emblem Three Houses
3. Xenoblade Chronicles 2
4. Langrisser 1&2 Remakes
5. Legend of the Tetrarchs
6. Monochrome Order
7. Final Fantasy IX
8. Pokemon Sword/Shield
9. Nexomon Extinction
Erick's come a long way. Nearly 100k subs and a lot of engagement. Proud of him.
Yeah some amazing games here. Xenoblade, Octopath, dq11 among my favourite switch games. Nice to see some love for ys 8 as well. I've been intrigued by cold steel but heard that I wouldn't understand things as well without playing the other entries.
i had play trail of cold steel 1&2 at ps3. its a game that grow on you. 😉
No remakes? You really went for the hard mode!
Xenoblade Chronicles: DE is my no.1 game for both the Switch AND the overall generation. Personally I would have excluded very basic remasters, but included full remakes and significantly upgraded remasters.
@@andyk9735 Well, xenoblade is kind of a remaster
@@armandostockvideos8386 it's kinda not... It's a full blown remake according to the developers and consensus in the gaming press.
@@andyk9735Monolith Soft has always said this game is a remaster. They ported the original game to the new motor and started to update the models and interface, it's clearly not a remake made from scratch, and the scene of shulk eating a sandwich with wii animations just goes to show.
www.nintendolife.com/news/2020/05/monolith_softs_takahashi_tetsuya_talks_xenoblade_chronicles_definitive_edition_in_this_translated_famitsu_interview
@@andyk9735 It's definitely a remaster. Upped textures and some new content. It was not build from the ground up again.
What a list. It really shows the quality of the jrpg library on the Switch.
Octopath traveler was an amazing game, the final boss was brutal....
Galdera !! Yes what a game, amazing story !
@@darkvctry7482 I have tonsay I was disappointed when I beat the final boss, to get 0 extra story from it though....
@@astaynax7531 yes, but atleast you get extra story "during" the fight. Since each Scroll gives clues on the back-story. I am exited for a sequel and prequal
I absolutely loved Ys VIII, Octopath, and Valkyria Chronicles 4. I have Dragon Quest XI S waiting for me after I finish Hyrule Warriors: Age of Calamity! Great video!
This is a stellar list of heavy hitters IMO. I am Setsuna and Octopath are the two in this list I wish to play the most and hopefully I have a chance soon. This is a great list, thanks Erick!
i had play both of them in pc. story writing is meh. i really really want rpg/jrpg with a good story building 😭
Have 150 into disgea 5 and it's still giving me new things to be excited about. I'm in post game probably will have 300 hours total. Worth the time
Octopath Traveler’s soundtrack is way too good
Already played Ys 8 on the PS Vita so at least I know how good it is including the main heroine Dana I would love to get a figure of her.
It is rare to find a Ys game on a Nintendo platform but I am thankful to see the Ys series on a Nintendo system.
Amazing video, cheers! My favorite so far has been Octopath Traveler hands down!
Hopefully SMT V and Rune Factory V will be amazing next year, but we also need another great Fire Emblem and a truly great Pokemon.
you forgot Octopath Traveler
@@LuminousArc92 octopath and FE3H are my favorite games on the system.
@@RaymontP dq11, ff7r, ff15, tales games, trails games, the hundreds of indie titles I could keep going
With all the releases this year, we need a “Best of 2021” list!
I need it to
So um, what all games are in the Trails series? Is the order easily discernable?
Looking at that stack of physical Switch games makes me think about how I store my Physical Switch game collection.
I need a Game shelf.
Same I need a decent sized bookshelf for my games
Thanks for the list, I’m gonna add 1 or 2 from that list.
My favorites so far are:
1. Fire Emblem Three Houses
2. Dragon Quest XI S Definitive Edition
3. Xenoblade Chronicles 2
I love Torna, Im almost completing it and its being awesome. Lora is basically my favorite female character in all JRPGs.
If hack and slash counts, Oninaki is a lot of fun. I also really like Lost Sphear, and Dragon Quest Builder 1&2 (especially 2). And I ESPECIALLY enjoyed the highly underrated Labyrinth of Refrain.
Respect for getting Trails on here.
Curious Erick did you get to try out Brigandine. I only got the switch for that and SMT V whenever that comes out.
Remake has to be ff12 zodiac age. It looks and runs GREAT, and the game itself is awesome.
I'm surprised Battlechasers Nightwar wasn't on the list, love that game.
I see Dragon Marked for Death but I didn't hear you mention it... I have it but haven't played it yet. What are you guy's thoughts on that game?
Octopath Traveler doesn’t need grinding if you play through all of the characters’ stories. If you want something to complain about, I would point to how the dungeons are straightforward and uninspired.
yeah its a great game, but i feel the same about the dungeons
@@jizzuschrist6252 Yep. It just needs something to shake things up. Like switches to open doors, or turtles or rocks to hop on, or even a puzzle to solve! I love the battle system, but that’s all that game is in the end.
Edit: turtles is a FF6 reference. I just realized how random that sounds.
Octopath has its flaws, but the graphics and music were too pretty for me to care.
@@Misconduct24 yes! I’m still mad it didn’t win best music at the game awards!
@@Misconduct24 yes! I’m still mad it didn’t win best music at the game awards!
you know: the game where claude fights the empire
To be real as someone who plays Atelier series. I personally recommended the mysterious series specially Sophie 1.
You gonna ask why? Because 3 reason:
1- this is one of the few who doesn't have time limit.
2- the battle system is a classic one "Turn base"
3- the alchemist system is funny like playing a puzzle with effect.
Just discovered your channel now. Great video! What is the game in your intro at the 26 second mark of this video? That looks sick!
Thank you so much for these recommendations! So many of these are games I am itching to dig into! 😊
Loved the music in Fire Emblem and Valkyria Chronicles.
I see a tactical games in the list, so i would think Bloodstained ritual of the night would have been a option as well right?
Bloodstained is definitely a sidescrolling rpg. It has all the elements... and is bad ass!
To me SRPG and Strategy are two different things.. There’s Fire Emblem and then there’s Sid Meiers Civilization
Edelgard was right.
Also, nice to see Atelier love
I bought the switch lite to play rpg's I missed out on from nes to ps2. So that's what I've been mostly playing but new stuff I have nothing so this list is going tk bring me to modern age.
How is the switch lite? I'm thinking about getting one.
Octopath traveler at #4 is a heresy
Octopath is such a good game, but it's a little too much grinding for me considering my limited time to be able to play games. Sadly I don't think I'll ever get to finish it. Love seeing some of these other recommendations on where I can head next, most especially interested in Valkyria Chronicles 4. I loved the original!
Octopath is amazing.
Great list, the Switch is really stacked with great JRPGs. I'm still holding out on ToCS series since I haven't played any. I could pick them up on my Vita, maybe I should get 1&2 there...
I got the box set for my vita and bought the 3rd for my switch!
I've never really played much before switch (the last console I had was maybe the N64?) so I'm enjoying discovering all of these. I've enjoyed the ones I've tried so far, so this is helpful to decide what to do next!
Dude I loved I Am Setsuna!!! Lost Sphere the spiritual successor was also great!
Thank you for including the trails of cold steel series. I've been a huge fan
Fire Emblem, Valkyria Chronicles 4, Ys 8, you are a man of excellent tastes!
my fave rpgs on switch are xenoblade 2 > xenoblade 1 > octopath traveler > fell seal > dark crystal tactics (a guilty pleasure)
I have most of the games on this list, but definitely have plans to get the ones I'm missing.
Thinking of getting a couple of these. Thanks for the recommendations!
Awesome list of RPG titles for the Switch! I enjoyed it man, love RPGs!
Awesome list. I would definitely add Pokemon SnS in there somewhere in the middle.
My top 3
3. DQ
2. XENOBALDE 2
1. FE 3HOUSES.
three houses really amazing, beautiful story, game play, realationship and combat
Xenoblade is the best switch open world after zelda, the world is Very Huge and beautiful
DQ story is a medicore but game play? Crafting armor with 200iq style and multiple weapon skill tree? AMAZING
Great vídeo!!!! In my opinión Octopath Traveler it's the best RPG on Switch and i believe i'll try Atelier Ryza
I played Dragon Quest in the PS4, but it's one of the best RPGs I've played in years
Loved FE:TH and DQ11 - thanks for the new suggestions! Just as a note: Disgaea 4 and 5 both have demos on the Switch, so you can try them out to see if you like them first.
what not to like about disgaea, dood
Dragon Quest 11, Ys 8 and 9, Shin Megami Tensei 5, Trials of Mana, Secret of Mana Collection, Octopath Traveler, Bravely Default 2, Valkyria Chronicles 4, Rune Factory 5, Grandia HD Collection, Genshin Impact, Tales of Vesperia, Xenoblade 2, Xenoblade remake, Fire Emblem.
Not the best library in the world (and certainly not approaching the PS4), but it's not too shabby either.
FE Three houses is my #1 switch game
I loved ys 8 lacrimosa of dana the moment where dogi punched a dinosaur was so funny
Valkyrie Chronicles got me curious, the gameplay seems do diff from what we're used and the fact that it's a recent military game feels so fresh
Just came across this channel. Nice video with entertaining writing and pacing. You seem to have an accent but it's not making it hard to understand you.
Last but not least, you are really good looking ☺
We need a lot more then 24h/day
FE3H and octopath made buying the system worthwhile even if I don't buy many more games for the switch nowadays, (until they fix their awful pricing Nintendo can get bent).
Disgaea 5 is honestly my favorite honestly. I’m waiting in great anticipation for my limited edition to come in 😁
if you are counting Vita Ports then personally I got to give it to DigimonStory Cyberslueth Complete Edition, it's an amazing persona-like RPG with 2 full games with 2 parallel stories that intersect with each other at several points. Great story, amazing characters, and hits some themes I never though I'd see in something like a digimon game.
"Persona like"
It takes more from Shin Megami Tensei. I mean, sure Persona is a Shin Megami Tensei spin-off that has very similar gameplay but Cyberslueths was mostly inspired by Shin Megami Tensei Devil Summoners: Soul Hackers (Jesus christ who thought that mouthful of a name was ok)
Heck, Cyberslueths even had the same character designer as Shin Megami Tensei Devil Survivors.
@@elk3407 still a great game.
Well, time to buy I am Setsuna. Love you videos, greetings from El Salvador. You are one of my favorite youtubers.
I have to say I'm a huge fan of this list. I'm not so keen on the action RPGs, but every one of the turn based RPGs are top notch.
That's just a preference thing though, and I'm sure the others are good for those who like those types of RPGs.
Turn based rpg’s are soooo good. The stories are always amazing and that combat system is always so fun
Have you played Labyrinth of Refrain? Hands down my favorite RPG of the last 10 years. Unique battle mechanics, solid voice cast, and a phenomenal story that kept me guessing. It also has my favorite post game content of all time.
Highly recommend. Hard to get others to try it for some reason.
Great list, but what are your thoughts on Ni No Kuni, Tales of Vesperia and Xenoblade DE...and of course Mario + Rabbits?
Hi Erick or anyone what are the titles of the games in the intro? from 22 secs to 42 secs. Appreciate anyone to help and thanks in advance :)
All these Vita games I didn't get before sales just stopped early this year, and a lot of other RPGs that don't make me sad.
I wanna play trails of cold steel 3 but hoping first 2 come to switch so i can get into it.
I would just play them on PC at this point. Usually pretty cheap to buy them and they are such great games that they deserve it.
Thanks to you I’ve been collecting rpg , keep up the good content
Thanks Erick! Now you should do the switch top ten of the best remakes & remasters ;-)
