I've had this done to me before and as much as i can remember they do cleanse the face before and after the extraction process. Then they applied, I think, two different creams after. This was really painful tho and my face was all swollen after our appointment

It’s probably some form of cystic acne. It can be treated w oral medication or topical medication. This is a pretty bad case tho, but who knows their situation. I don’t blame you, I’d be cringing every time!
that's all a non circulating stagnant infected blood and pus mix, it's best drained out - and there are like 6-8 more steps after this and there were a couple before this, when they clean them all up real nice and put antibacterial stuff on them and make them look half way decent before chucking them back out in the street. I read the entire process a while back for a full treatment package and it's pretty impressive.
After the picking, they need to antiseptic the wound with calming ingredients also to kill bacteria so it won't trigger more acne bacteria. Thereafter repair.
A friend of mine is a dermatologist and I show him this video, he is legit concerning of the guy because with all these wounds and no proper aftercare, this guys is gonna have scars for the rest of his life. But at the same time, he applauded to the guy for sitting so well with the pain
