This teenage boy is 16, he has very low pain tolerance. I love how Thuy kept on encouraging, explaining to him how important it is to have his acne treated. He’s been to the dermatologist twice and got his pimple removed once (at somewhere else) but it was too painful so he didn’t want to come back. His mom was talking to Thuy most of the time, she was telling Thuy how she kept reminding the boy to keep his face hygien and clean. His mom helps him everynight with a skin care routine. Through out this video, Thuy share with the boy that she used to have acne too in her teen years so she understand how this boy feel. She even told him that when she got ance no one was helping her, she was on her own, that he’s lucky to have his mom stay by his side at every treatment. Thuy repeatedly telling him that he really need to come back every week in order to have his face treated faster so it won’t leave him acne scars. This lady is so awesome, she truly care for her client, she asked him multiple time if he need a break but he was BRAVE!!

Just squeeze one more time and you’ll get the core out. Just saw one she squeezed twice only because there was another one right next to it. A huge core came out. Failing to remove cores causes more inflammation. Repeat business.😡

@@elainecoley-evans6393 The whole thing shocks me but Dr Pimple Popper does the same thing and she is a dermatologist. When I was a kid many moons ago, you were taught to NEVER squeeze a pimple. Just scrub your face on a regular basis. It made the pore larger to squeeze it and it spread the infection. I guess that theory no longer holds.

Please explain to me why you leave the ones that just exploded and not finish them. You turn to the other side and start there. It doesn't make sense to me.
Because it HURTS and she needs to give it a break, and the small ones need to come out first or the inflammation spreads.
She sensed it was really hurting him, so she went to the other side. It also gives them a chance to settle down and maybe not bleed so much. Shes touching them so she can feel them tense up. Ive seen others do the same.
It is about pain threshold of the patient. Part of the extraction process is to ensure that the client is comfortable or in as little pain as possible. Plus you can see that there are incredibly inflamed areas. Those places hurt when messed with.
She said she would go back later after doing all the small ones around since the big one is deeply infected!
And if she starts getting the big ones at beginning, this young man would not be able to handle the pain for the rest of the treatment
How long does it take to heal all those little cuts the blade makes , and have they ever shown a fully healed patient ?
thats what I want to see, once they extracted all the white and blackheads what treatment do they give them to close the pores ? is it a face mask ? skin cleaning ? I'd love to see the post treatment results.

She pulled out so much bacteria and acne out of his skin and what’s scary is how much more he has. She left so much with half extracted and popping one while ten more come at the same time she just wipes those without getting them empty. Obviously he’s coming back but man what a good pop video!

Além de deixar muitos poros com muitos restos, e em muitos e muitos poros... penso que deveria remover ,primeiro as acnes inflamadas e/ou infeccionadas. Os poros não infeccionados e/ou inflamados podem esperar mais um tempo, para serem removidos...porém os inflados e/ou infectados não podem ser deixados para depois pois causam cicatrizes ( às vezes profundas) pois a coleção purulenta (pus) é altamente ácida e dissolve os tecidos ao seu redor. Assim sendo , sugiro que você remova, primeiramente, os inflamados e/ou infectados .troque a agulha ou bisturi que usou...e então remova os outros.
Tenho certeza que, como eu, outros seguidores ficarão mais felizes.
Ah...procure não deixar restos nos poros, já que esta é a principal causa das infecções dos mesmos.

As usual it’s a bloody mess with pores still full of the hard keratin otherwise known as the “head” of the comodone or blackHEAD. Whatever happened to only piercing the skin after squeezing it first? When you poke one and squeeze it then several surrounding bumps just pop out unassisted you should consider that poking and slicing might not be necessary. The disgusting display of blood everywhere takes the relaxation out of it.
Does this condition ever get better for the patient?

@@stephaniecomeau6666 So, the reason they don't squeeze it all out in one video is 1) what they do off camera is more work on the customer's face and 2) more squeezing can cause more trauma to the area causing scarring and discolouring of the area, which is what they are trying to avoid. She is doing the job correctly
To minimise bruising and scarring . Also once healing up and coming back in one week they usually come to the surface more and you can more easily get it all

Yes, I've noticed she doesn't seem to care about truly cleaning out a pore. Seems to be more interested in speed, or as you said, getting to the next pimple.
As for the content..yikes!! I've never seen acne on this level. 😳 A pimple poppers dream. Just wish they cleaned out the pores better and I also wish they wouldn't use that spike so deeply. Scarring is going to be awful.
Well darn it, she's not doing what you THINK she should!! Erm, shes looking at a different angle to us, plus we are seeing it magnified to the nth degree. Also, the face will be cleansed and pampered afterwards, so some of the filament/residue will be gone with that action, then these are very rarely one visit - acne is treated over time . Otherwise, that is a human there, not a piece of meat. Some of these are deep and in a very, very sore area. It's better to get most of it out and not give the person a reason to jump up in pain! Because of this pain, they move around the face, so that the client can feel a bit more comfortable. I'm glad none of you are treating anyone with acne.
I always assumed it was to minimize pain. Spending too long in one area can make it quite sore.
That people would actually feel it’s necessary to post criticisms of this video says nothing about Thuy’s work and everything about the posters: Unappreciative, entitled know-it-alls who can’t just be happy and grateful for what they’re given. Maybe it makes them feel a bit better about their own unfulfilling lives to slam a hardworking, skillful, kind woman who never asks her viewers for anything.

Yes, we can say that because we live in the western world, they are a 3 or 4 th world country....I have been to Vietnam 2 times and life is very different there......they are a poor country with median income of $250/month per family and we toured some dwellings and there was usually only l small mirror hanging adult height and washing by the well or stream? That’s how it was when I was a kid, only 1 mirror and a pail of water in the 1950s... and we had work to do and not stand in front of a mirror?
We are so lucky today...I grew up poor and I have now travelled most of the world.....I love Asia but am too old to travel anymore so if if ever want an eye opening trip, go there...very cheap. Our dollar is 6-7 times more than theirs....🤗👋🏼🇨🇦

When you see a “pearl-like thing” at the end of the squeeze, you know that squeeze is done right, or if the pore is hollow & clean. Those are satisfying!
That pearl is the sac (root) and very important for it to always be completely removed from the pore.

Honestly, this is one of the worst cases of acne I’ve seen. Poor guy, with so many blackheads, whiteheads, cysts and that bacterial infection on his cheek! It looks so painful. I hope this treatment helps and he can feel relief soon.
Doubtful. Most blackheads weren't emptied entirely. A lot were dismissed or wiped over and cystic acne wasn't cleaned out properly and dirty gloves and cotton wool used. Yuk

It’s all in perception- did she not empty them all the way bc she is a shitty tech or bc she is merciful and is bringing the infection to the surface to help clean it all out and maybe - just guessing just off the top of my head - the client is in so much pain already and is trying to get all she can to get the treatments started and not bruise the face as much as possible? Geez - can’t we just enjoy the video?

I usually watch these videos to ease my stress and anxiety but I’m feeling extremely stressed out and anxious because she’s not emptying the pores properly. Also the fact that the stuff keeps falling off the gloves back on to the face is just nasty.

My thoughts exactly, I'm also thinking if their clients faces are washed with some type of antibacterial soap because the tech is opening up the pores on the client which means bacteria can enter the body. On another video the tech was working on an older client who's face was basically covered with clogged up pores The tech didn't show any mercy with the instrument she was using, and clients that's older have thin skin and can bruise easily. To me it looked like the tech was cutting into the skin. Again exposing the person to be more subceptable to bacteria to enter the body.
Or some toner, the burn would be amazing lol

You can always see dryer skin and all targets are almost in the same stage of healing when they have started on antibiotics

I love these kind they're my favorite! They're the gift that keeps on giving. I just wish she would make sure she gets all the contents out....why stop pushing when stuff is still coming out?
Because it HURTS. Oh, and we are looking at it magnified to the maximum, you think she has supervision? And the angle she's looking at is different to ours. Have a bit of consideration for the pain the person is going through also.
When someone has that much in their skin. She's trying to do a good clean over. And it will probably take many. And if the skin is already broken and sore and has a whole bunch of cuts on it. It's best to leave it where it is. His cheek looks awful. You don't want to damage the skin too much and this is pretty darn damaging.
I want to stop watching sometime when they do that
