Perfection!! This is my fav red, white, and blue tie dye! It's clearly the flag but abstracted enough to be different and interesting. Don't let negative comments get you down! You have an amazing channel! If people are really frustrated with a design choice you make, maybe it will inspire them to get off the internet and make own their tie dye!

Whatever you do don’t post a flag with Chinese Red! People will freak out!! I’m joking, but it’s ridiculous. Chinese Red is a perfect shade for the flag. Which blue? There are two. Blue Abyss and Houdini Blue. I imagine either will look great!! Mean people don’t care, but rude critical comments are tremendously hurtful. Thanks for tuning in Marc!! 😊❤️🌈

I love this shirt. It came out great. Maybe I need to get off my butt and make one :). I really don't understand people that have to put down other peoples art and be critical when they probably couldn't draw their way out of a paper bag. I served many years in the military and while I respect our flag I would never have thought to compare it to a tie dye shirt. Tie dye is fun and creative and makes people feel good and happy. There are trolls 🧌 on every site that has comments. They get their jollies pushing people's buttons behind their little laptops. Probably because they were bullies in high school (or still in school) and get in trouble for it in the real world.

Dye saturating into unwanted areas has amazed me recently; to the point I am going to start using thick water to help keep areas undyed. It literally traveled up like a wick when I put a part of a shirt vertical to cure. On a positive note, the blue on the 4th of July shirt I made for my niece wicked/bled/spread into what looked like wings.

There is a good chance it would. I haven’t tried with an ice dye so I cannot say 100% for sure. I think it would certainly help. ❤️🌈
