So, her 1a is the same as Crusaders' Crux and Apoc. It increases raw STR/INT and speeds of allies while the curtain is visible. During the 1a, Marionette, you gain control over Madd the Bear. A lot of the Enchantress' channeled heals and puppets lose their startup animation entirely, freeing up the Enchantress' total "unit" to perform more actions at the same time. You can drop a healing circle and keep attacking for example, whereas normally, you'd be stuck in the healing circle animation before moving on to your attacking skill. Her 2a is just a basic attack, much like Spear of Brionac from FSader. However the cool thing about Doll's Forest is that it can actually extend Marionette's time if used towards the end of Marionette's duration (the curtain mentioned before from Marionette cannot disappear while Doll's Forest attacking animation is going on...instead the end of Doll's Forest brings the entire curtain down with it). If you add the time of Doll's Forest animation to Marionette's total time, you can reach almost 40 seconds of 1a duration, longer than FSader OR MSader. tl;dr Marionette is more of a transformation that acts at a Crux/Apoc. Doll's Forest is an attack with the uncanny hidden ability to extend Marionette duration.
Late, I know, but I feel the reason why she did that is because he would just bring more 'pain' or 'curses' to her and she doesn't need them. Especially when they were for wrong reasons. The money is cursed, so is he. So why would you deal with a constant pest?
