I just wanna tell you guys that today came out the nominations for the 62nd Grammys Awards (USA) and Rosalia got 2 nominations (one for Best Latin Rock, Urban or Alternative Album and the second in a general Field for Best New Artist). She's the only one singing in spanish on that category. 🤗

Sevilla is the city where the performance took place. It's also the capital of the autonomous community of Andalusia, where Flamenco was born. It is said that Flamenco thrived a lot in Seville, gaining the title of "Cradle of Flamenco".

These dancers are real gipsy “cantaoras” and “bailaores” from Sevilla. She represents a Flamenco tablao full of energy. This is typical in Sevilla and Andalusian people (South of Spain) consider is a part of their culture. In the other hand, she brings a new form of flamenco mixed with rap, trap, techno or whatever. Rosalía was born in Catalonia and she is a cultural hearthquake.
