Today i did 180 in a Transit Van for the entire trip, over an hour. We have no real traffic enforcing rules on highway cos as stupid as we are ... accidents don't happen there. And it's a welcome change. Crash rate might increase a bit but will decrease considerably in other places that had less traffic and more deaths with no cops around. Tough on crime is stupid. Glad to hear the suspects have been identified, charged, and arrested. Now PLEASE make sure the DA doesn't drop or plead down the gun charges and PLEASE make sure they're not granted bail. Use all those gun laws you say you have to effectively sentence these suspects.

I'm in a country with very low violent crime. Lowest gun murder rate in Europe, strict gun control. Very low suicide rates. Tough on crime is like saying a child cannot be raised without beating him. That is generally false, does not apply in most circumstances. If you apply the law, you end up like Americans. Law should be relaxed and not equal for everybody. Today i did 180 in a Transit Van for the entire trip, over an hour. We have no real traffic enforcing rules on highway cos as stupid as we are ... accidents don't happen there. And it's a welcome change. Crash rate might increase a bit but will decrease considerably in other places that had less traffic and more deaths with no cops around. Tough on crime is stupid. Tough on specific people and places ... is required.

It usually comes down to evidence. She may be guilty as fuck, she may be just a witness. Either way they won't charge her if they don't collect the evidence to convict.

Ella and her partner were ambushed at a traffic stop, the suspects involved in this deserve the DeathPenalty ….
It's not that simple. Some states with death penalty offer the defendants appeals. That would actually increase the taxpayer burden.
