Crown Victoria: How to Bypass a Leaking Heater Core

Here is how I bypassed my leaking heater core in my 2000 Crown Victoria.
My symptoms include..
Sweet/chemical smell in the cabin when the air is on (hot or cold)
Vapor/fog coming from the air vents, especially on the passenger side
Leaking coolant by the front right tire
Leaking coolant under the passenger side carpet, from the airbox.
The part I used is the Dorman 47063.

I plan on replacing my heater core and blend door actuator soon. This will get me back on the road temporarily. Only downside is I won't have heat in the car until then.
This process should apply to all Panther body cars.
(Grand Marquis, Police Interceptor, Crown Victoria, Towncar, Marauder)
