    Hello Chai & coaching family! I am happy to share that I got my F1 visa from Kolkata consulate for my doctoral study at SUNY Albany. It was pretty quick. I got approved within 30 sec😀Thanks Rob, you're doing a great job! My tip is that: just be confident and you know intonation is also very important. Sound natural. Visa officers are very nice people! All the best!

    Hi! Just watched a lot your videos recently and I'm learning a lot. I just got my first visa denial a few days ago because I was nervous and wasn't able to answer a question regarding my sponsor. We scheduled another visa appointment next week, and learned that if I got a visa denial before they would asked me as to "What changed" and that's like a trap question. Regarding that, how should I answer that question properly?

    • @chaiandcoaching
      @chaiandcoaching  9 месяцев назад +2

      Very sorry to hear that!
      So, what has changed. Have you done anything different? Do you have a new strategy or plan?

    • @HAiL26_
      @HAiL26_ 9 месяцев назад +1

      Yes, I have a new strategy. But is it really true that my visa rejection will be higher if my uncle who is living in the US will be my sponsor? Also, thank you very much for answering my inquiry!@@chaiandcoaching

    My wife has applied for F1. Her sponsor is an old friend who is been into states for more than 10 years and is a US Citizen. Is that a red flag or good to go. What if visa officer asks, who is your sponsor? ... Bit worried on it.

    • @chaiandcoaching
      @chaiandcoaching  5 месяцев назад +1

      Why is sponsor an old friend and not you or another family member. That will seem weird for the visa officer.

    Hello sir I just have two questions for you which I need answered from you before my visas interview.
    1. I applied visa before for visitors at USA but been refused and now that am about to apply student visa again the DS-160 form asked me have you ever been refused for USA visa I said yes and it said can you explain. Did you think what should I said hence everyone received the same letter when you are refused ?
    2. DS-160 form said did you know anyone in USA I said yes and it still mentioned can the give ours the person information . Should I go ahead and give the person information ?
    Hope to hear from you.
    Before submitting my DS-160

      it's important to answers honestly. If rejected before, it's usually 214b and just put that. If you have immediately family in USA, you need to mention them too.

    • @harshvaghani4283
      @harshvaghani4283 8 месяцев назад +1

      I agree with Rob’s answer. If any of your immediate family member is in US, put that detail and mention on which visa they’re in. Usually it has two options immigrant or non immigrant visa. Confirm with your family member about the type of visa to avoid confusion
