I find it awesome how Capcom is able to take ordinary animals and turn them into awesome Robot Masters. First there was Toad Man, then Sheep Man, and now Pig Man!
This was a DLC stage in the original release. However, if you want to unlock this on Legacy Collection 2, as well as the rest of the DLC, on the title screen you enter the following code: Up, down, left, right, left, right, down, up, up, down You can use that on Mega Man 10 as well.
