I agree, the training videos provided by Qualtrics are almost impossible to access. This one is very good. I am using Qualtrics for research. I would like the survey to exist in a personal private folder for each participant. Which is the best for this, web based? Thank you!
The most common issue is an error in the logic/order of the questions. This could also be caused by a question that you have deleted but haven't adjusted the logic after.
Hello. Thank you for this tutorial! Is it possible to link a certain answer to another question that only shows up if the response meets the criteria? Example, if my answer is yes I will need answer to another "sub question" of the survey. If my answer is no, the survey moves to the next main question.
Thanks for your feedback. To answer your question. Yes that is possible with 'display logic'. When you create a question you have an option on the left hand side under 'question behaviour' -> 'Display Logic'.
Hello I am preparing for my DNP project . I am considering to use Qualtrics. I have reach out to them and they have not replied. Can I download a pre and post survey that is already prepared? And Is there any way I can get program for free? My school will not pay and it states on the site that 4 weeks is free but I need it for 7 weeks. it looks like $450 for the extra weeks . Thank you
Hey, yes you can upload your prepared surveys to qualtrics using for example a word document (doxx). You can also download surveys into a word document. As for pricing, that depends on the product you want to use. But it will definitely cost after a while. Maybe you can split your survey between two accounts and let one run for 4 weeks and the other one for 3?

Or just pay the 450 The qualitrics representative just contacted me and told me I will have to pay for the 3 weeks . the university do have a Core xm license but not for students 😩thank you again for responding
Hello, is there a way to turn a "Constant Sum" question into multiplication or division. That is, to have some of the values multiply rather than just add. I'm trying to turn the total sum into a percentage value so I would need to divide it by 100. Thank you!!!
Hi unfortunately there is no question type that caters for your requirements. However, you can always adjust the behaviour of questions in the Java Script section: www.qualtrics.com/support/survey-platform/survey-module/question-options/add-javascript/

Do survey takers have to be registered on Qualtrics to take the survey?
No they usually don't. When you send out a link they can just start the survey after clicking on the link.
when the survey finishes, where do the results go to? i have my survey on my website.
You should see the results on the landing/home page of your account.
