A senolytic drug could extend lifespan. unfortunately "drugs" in the U S. are only prescribed for people that have a specific disease.
Aging is still not classified as a disease, yet, and I feel certain businesses are holding this back, I would like this changed so everyone could benifit from senolytic drugs.
So, if we stop aging, and will only die from disease/accidents etc. Will this be the end of religions and wars ?

According to David Sinclair, Niacinamide , resveratol, Metformin and Intermittent fasting goes a long way.
Why Niacinamide why not other important vitamins.. or their derivatives like Vitamin C or E... Which are antioxidants.. which have shown us a lot of postive benefits for sure

No. Autophagy is the cell reusing proteins within the cell. Senescence is the cell no longer dividing but not committing cellular apoptosis. Its a zombie cell. Since genes don't turn on or off by themselves and since the senescent cell is no longer active; the state it is in is locked in perpetuity which is a constant state of inflammation.
Fasting ?
Most people haven't discovered that Glucosamine is a powerful Senolytic. Apigenin, too. Apigenin has many beneficial secondary effects.
Melatonin for us older folks is also supposed to help as well as aerobic exercise. Hot peppers are also supposed to have a positive effect, unless its overdone.
@@raybod1775 Heavy weights are better. Maintaining muscle mass pretty much prevents most health problems that arise with age.

@ken nazaryan ... I only watch this because it was "recommended " to me by RUclips, anyway, dying is something that has to happen, it's the laws of nature, you born, you live, you die. Isn't 80 years on this planet long enough? Believe you me, I don't want to die, but I also don't want to live forever.
I just wanna look and feel young forever. Imagine being 50 years old but still looking and feeling exactly like your 20-30 year old self, how awesome would that be! I’m currently 21.

It´s not about living forever. It´s about being young for ever and forgeting the aging illnesses. Or at least, as long as possible. We will die one way or another, you know, accidents exist and caos.
