SpeziesQ | Actually they have for some cases. You can call Mercedes from the Car and tell them your problem then they will may check out your logs of the control module. And are pretty much able to say what the driver may can do to solve, or they gonna call someone to check and bring the car to a dealership or you do that on your own. In some cases they send a code/script to the car so the car will repair "itself". Some members get everything for "free".

He "only" asked for 10 minutes. How many drivers will be delayed because of a lane being blocked for 10 minutes during rush hour? He'll waste hours of other's time because he allegedly ran "out of money" to pay for parking. Imagine how many hours people spend less with their families because of "10 minutes". No you won't get 10 or even 2 minutes. If you can't afford parking drive a smaller/cheaper car, a moped, a bicycle or take a walk. Buying a car doesn't mean you own the road.

legit it is the easiest request, "please move your car, you are parked illegally." 30 second solution or 30 minute argument that you lose and get a ticket anyway lol

The United States of American is my home. We Americans have a hard time understanding how there is ANY problem with people driving on pedestrian paths, and parking so as to block traffic. If a driver tried any of that in the U.S., the legal ramifications would be harsh and swift. Why don't the Police do a better job, in Russia?
Also; I had rented a car when I was in Great Britain on business, and came up to a stop sign, whereat I stopped. You'd think I was driving the wrong way in traffic! Every one was yelling and honking! Later, I was eating in a nearby cafe, and told my horrifying tale to the waitress. She just smiled and said "You need to know at which STOP signs it is customary not to stop. I was shocked!
Finally; my high school was the first in Arizona to offer Russian, so I took it all four years simultaneously with Spanish. That is the reason I was looking at your stuff. I enjoy trying to keep up (I'm really lousy). I look for stuff that uses relatively simple words, repeats a lot, and has has an English translation. Yours is perfect. Thank you.
Same can be said for the stupid drivers on the roads in the US. You go to school for 5 hours and pay $20 and BAM you're allowed to drive. And it's overly apparent on the roads how the stupid drivers have no sense or discipline of road etiquette or how to drive properly. This of course would change if the Police in the US would #1: set an example and #2: enforce the laws to kick those idiots where it hurts, in the wallet. Fine the fuckers if they do not move out of the left lane after passing, AS A FOR INSTANCE!

I find it so interesting, and sad, that most of the cars that are parked illegally and inconsiderately are very expensive vehicles. People who have so much apparently feel their needs/wants are so much more important than everyone elses.
