Unique tank design

the aquarium is the filter.
idea uses settling on one side with no flow and one side flowing. Baffles or partitions are needed but flow must be allowed between them.
Tropical tank has rainbowfish fry.

These baffles got blocked over time. I ended up cutting a large opening in all.
