Very interesting video just remember it takes a lot of courage to begin RUclips. You made some very interesting comments which I can relate to. Thanks for sharing new Subscriber from Ireland 😊

I found some of Lindsay Ellis’ comments about her resignation from RUclips interesting; to paraphrase “people think that I’m a wealthy white woman..I’m not wealthy..”
I’d actually never heard of her before last week, but she was an OG on this platform with a big following, but a comment in one of her videos drew contention from some viewers.
So, now matter how popular you are as an influencer and wealthy (which is a relative term), your success here isn’t guaranteed to be long standing and like mentioned in this video, blue collar workers could buy property in the past, but now, even middle-class workers (artists, pilots and influencers) have joined the precariat.

I've never heard of Lindsay Ellis. Will have to give her a look. Thanks for the suggestion.
The UK government needs to fffing sort this out as it's a timebomb waiting to happen. It's ridiculous that people that have bothered to educate themselves and work hard can't own property.

New sub and I love you channel. Would you ever do story time videos on the good and bad dates you've had in the past?

Welcome to the channel! I've thought about it, but probably not fair on the other people involved. I don't think I've ever had a reallllllllllly bad date. Just ones with no spark.

Let me tell you my view of this. I have tenants who pay me rent. however, when something has to be repaired, it is very stressful because i have to do that urgently and well. I do not have my own children, i do not have brothers or sisters and now my life is good because i am living with my mother. I am frustrated that inflation eats my cash, and i am worried about my future - who will help me when i am older and to whom should i leave my property. it is very hard to find a person who can take care of older people as good as me and my mother did for our grandfather and as a reward we inherited his old big house. I want early to retire and to have easy and worry-free life. although i have cash and property, am worried about my future.

I just want to own a flat/house so I feel safe. But owning property isn't everything.

@@text_ghost_love most of us only have something, not everything - we are losers and winners in the same time.

Some of those influencers have connections. It's still who you know. It's product placement. I think most is awful.

Yes, people usually make it off the back of someone else that has connections :-)
