I placed FB adds for buyers and sellers for an entire week and all I received was fake phone numbers, out of service numbers, and at best, angry people answering the phone that claim they did not reach out via my Facebook add. How do I prevent this??

Increase or decrease the daily ad spend amount by 25 percent or more to restart the algorithm and get the ad in front of a different type of people.
Or trash the ad period and start over with a new one.
