@MikuMercury I find it really hard to think of them as people. Maybe because I've dissected many of the banks to see how they work. It's a bit hard to do such with a human without them complaining about sore throats etc. To me they're more like instruments. Soulless and inanimate, but beautiful if the right person plays them.

Yes vocaloid could be initially used like an instrument, but there is another element to these voice synthesizers that dojan5 doesn't adress. Anime and computer animated films are able to portray emotion and feeling people can relate too and care about, which is the creators intention god I love these programs, they are amazing
