the tuning is a bit strange but it aint terrible ngl it almost has the vibe of being a early utau song a "vintage" utau song sorta thing then again i think its primarily from the what i assume to be squarewave sound in the vocals, and the lack of "hard" transitions between certain syllables its got a great vibe to it tho ngl. good shit!
