Cozy! You could make do with a single bed, and that cooktop only needs to have two burners. (Hard to tell from the video.) Move your eating counter against the wall, and if you push the stools under it when not in use it won't interfere with the door. It kinda does right now.
It's good but I think the dining table should be different. The table should have some space underneath to push the stools inside and allow more space.
Oh please! this would be good as a guesthouse or cabin. To live here full time would be claustrophobic. You would have to build another one to store your belongings.
