Yes - I LOVE Cherry Punk! I got the Extrait 2-weeks ago and have done a side by side wear test to compare. Strangely, I got much more leather in the Extrait and the cherry was fleeting. After a couple of hours, the Cherry was basically a skin scent. Definitely the leather is more prominent and slight vibe of ink, the leather basically drowned out the cherry. Both are lovely but I’m sticking with the OG because I really love it for the naughty cherry note.
Yeah the leather is much more prominent in the Extrait and I agree the cherry is more prominent in the original. I do get the cherry in the Extrait too, lasts through to dry down for me. However it’s not as sweet and juicy as the original

I did get a decant of Cherry Punk and LOVED it. When i went to order, I saw there was an extrait, so I opted for that instead. I am in the states so I am still waiting for my order. I am looking very forward to receiving it!
Could you give an update on how you liked it? I had a cherry punk sample but am considering blind buying the Extrait as it’s supposed to be longer lasting. How strong is the cherry note for you?
@@julianakaiser7736hey Juliana! Unfortunately I haven't had the OG in quite sometime so I cannot provide a proper comparison on the nuances of each. Rest assured if you like one, you will like the other, as the scent profile is quite similar. I am truly enjoying the extrait!
I have the original. I describe it as leather-cherry rather than cherry-leather. It is almost too much leather, so I usually pair it with Chronic Rouge Extreme to distract from it.

Cherry Ink is more boozy and quite nutty to my nose which you don’t get in Cherry Punk. If you love Cherry Ink I could see you really liking Cherry Punk ☺️

What’s the best cherry fragrance without leather?
I am not a huge cherry lover but I would say Duchessa by Gritti. I prefer my cherry perfumes a little more dark and mysterious
