HP Oscilloscope Restoration Part 1

In this video I will be restoring a HP 4 Channel Digital CRT Oscilloscope in memory of my late friend Roger. This is part one of a two video series. This video is very long due to the fact that I went into great detail in restoring this oscilloscope. And It also needed quite a lot done to it. I hope you enjoy the video! And I Certainly hope it would make Roger proud.

Looks like a problem (perhaps a bad capacitor) in the monitor's frame output circuit.
