The corners of this girls temples were fried OFF. That happened to me in a salon before, and I sure did not like it. It's either because the brand of bleach is bad or it's mixed up too strong. Or it's because the bleach wasn't applied correctly to that area. Those fine hairs on the corners above your temples should be done VERY LAST. And that area should not be saturated with the bleach brush. But rather it should be bleached in tiny rows, just like the rest of the head is also bleached in rows. And because those roots grow the slowest of anywhere on your head, just the very tips of the bleach brush should touch down on those short roots. Since I've been doing it this way myself, the fine hairs on my head in that area came back, and they don't get burned off with bleach anymore. Hair stylists laugh off things like this (especially since it's not on their own head), but it makes clients sad.
Why don't you try explaining what you are doing. This video reminds me of some people that came into the Beauty College that I went to and did not explain jack.
