I forgot the name of this band like 2 years ago and I can't believe it took me this long to find it but I'm so glad. I love this album and can't wait to hear the new one. Checking it out right after this.

so I just listened to this maybe 20 times back to back. and I cant get over how incredibly beautiful this is. if I were ever to float aimlessly through space it would be to this band.
This part at 3:47 is so incredibly beautiful. In the past I was already into rock and metal, but I was kind of drum focused. Now that I listen to these melodies, I fall in love with guitar and bass stuff. Thank you! :D
@harmonic oscillator Dude, I just noticed why your name stands out to me. Is that a reference to the song “Harmonic Oscillators” by Abnormal Thought Patterns?

Hey man! I got a little scarlet interface myself and really love the tones I can get from VST's and such! I am just struggling to find a nice bass tone like yours! is there any advice you can give on that? :) Tx for the great stuff! both your albums are really inspirational!
Just saw this comment now for some reason so sorry for the late response. For bass I really like recording a DI signal, duplicating the track, and treating the high and low end separately. One track gets low passed and stays pretty clean for the low end rumble, the other gets high passed and distorted for the grit. TSE BOD is a great free sansamp plugin that works wonders as well. Hope that helps!

We use drop Ab for all of our seven string stuff (Pulaski Day included). All six string stuff is in drop C.

This guitar is long gone but had a crunch lab in the bridge and carvin stock pickup in the neck. Nowadays it's alll kiesel lithiums.
