the money's in the data. Do these 3rd party sites allow you to a) collect your own data. Also if you ever want to sell your business (enterprisse value) you are toast if you are building on someone else's platform. I really love your messaging through - a website should probably only be launched after product market fit. I consider your community worth it and will be investing in your paid offerings. The skool community is a good part of that.
good thoughts -- but aren't we all building on other people's platform? RUclips, TikTok, I see websites get shut down too. To do that you'd have to run your own server in your office (and hope the phone company doesn't kill your internet) 😁
@@StephenGPope yeah! Tiktok and starting to on youtube, starting to get some people. Also linkedin, I have a big network on linkedin I just need to figure out how to get their attention
you know how we get peoples email through lead magnet on our landing page/website, since we are using skool instead if that is it possible if someone is directed their can download it their and drop their email at skool?
I just saw the bit where you are talking about having a landing page thats where the lead magnets could go I suppose for the collection of email. Thanks for your help!
You could launch a paid group focused on social media growth. Many people struggle to build a following and would be eager to learn from your experience.
that will always happen to some extent. Maybe join communities you care about, use them, analyze a bit more about why you leave them, and that will help you overcome that for your community.

This is awesome, I’m stuck growing my skool group past 16 members (mostly all free members so far) I dont know where to find new members
the best place is (other skool communities) and social media -- are you creating content on a platform?

Good value. Short and to the point.
💪
That is the best explanation on this topic! As someone who is just starting out with 0 existing group members, would you reccomend the 99$ per month?
Skool starts at $99 per month for your first group. Each additional group costs an extra $99 per month.
SIMPLY AMAZING, THAAAAANK YOU!!!
🙏
Hiw about high ticket collectibles like diver watches. Would you suggest a skool coomunity to really ramp engagement?
I bet it could work!
Is there a way to create lead magnets through skool? for nurturing?
You can store them in skool the landing page would need to be outside skool.
Does it mean getting peoples email through skool is possible? for email marketing?
@@Aakifit not quite sure what you mean?

I don’t have anything for sale yet, but I am growing my followers on social. Do you think I should wait to start a skool community?

I always forget I am part of some
Skool communities and then I disappear. I’m afraid that will happen to people in my own community of I started one.

@@StephenGPope That's a good point. Thanks 😊
