This was probably my BIGGEST project on the channel yet. This one is for you guys. Thanks for your continued support. I'm glad I could finally provide you with the guide you all deserve. A like and subscribe would mean a lot, as we are so close to hitting that 20k subscriber mark. Love you guys
Thank you so much for giving us this amazing guide Justin, your vids and tips got me from gold to emerald first time ever. U deserve your dream for all the efforts you put in this and all your videos, and i know you will get there if you keep doing like this and never give up. Luv u bro ❤
I admire your work and thank you. The just one thing is that well... I started watching you with a glaze in my eyes and wanted to learn all the possible but unluckily, of the old sol. I'm one of the old Asol mains that stopped to play him after the rework cuz now you can win just with a bit of wave management and good farm, the rest is play for stacks and spit on enemies while going *weeeeeeee*. The most exciting part is when u can nuke the summoner's rift but that's it. I'm so mad for what they did to the champ but it's just my opinion. I still watching you cuz u put a lot of effort in what you do so keep it up buddy ❤❤❤ ~ Smoulder and implode ~ (rip old sol q)
Dude I can't thank you enough. I've been one-tricking Asol and a guide was exactly what I could use atm. I've climbed from low gold to plat 1 so far with your advice, hopefully this takes me even further.
This is exactly what this champion needed, a comprehensive guide just like this. Thanks so much to you and your editor for the work it took to make this, all us aspiring asol players couldn't ask for better!
Very nice vid I'd add following tips: - remember that W resets ur Q cd, so you can hold Q, then W+Q, then Q again. - there's currently a bug (not sure if its bug or intended) which is useful sometimes at 5th lvl Q - when you hold Q and want to put E, normally your Q will go on cooldown. But if you hold Q, press E while still holding Q, then your character will continue to use Q. It won't go on CD if u hold the button all the time.
I thought I was already a great A Sol Player, after watching this I didn't know how much I have to learn about this new A Sol. Thank you for the guide.
I'm not even a midlaner and havent toched the champ for quite a longe time, but the guide was great and i really enjoyed it. I think you did a great job focusing on champ spesific details while still talking about the generell stuff on a side note. I also appreciate that this guide doesnt require any deep knowlege of the champ and is therefore available to a broad audience. Personally I would enjoy hearing your indepth opinions on different itembuilds and runes but i realise that this is probably not the video for it. Well done this is a great guide.
As another OTP asol as 90% of the comments. This is the most comprehensive and accurate and BEST guide out there, not just for asol, but for ANY CHAMP at all. Love you sol daddy.
I'm really grateful for the work you guys put into this guide! I only picked Asol up a little less than a week ago, but he's been one of the quickest and most fun pick ups I've ever had. I've had a lot of crazy success right off the bat thanks to your videos
Thank you for this incredible guide, my man ! I'll try to put into the test all of this knowledge you fed us with ! I learned a lot throughout the game but the "INFINITE q taps with rylai's TECH" while chasing enemy to tempo the W CD or to help teammates escaping is pure genius ! thanks again and keep pursuing your dream brother :) love
That's why i should read multiple times the skills description box xD. I really love A sol but didn't even know that Q and R gives stacks as well as you can keep Q channeling when you cancel your W, very usefull guide and congrats for Challenger !
So after watching this video i worked on runes and changed up my first 3 levels and took your Q taps to heart. The FIRST GAME after this video. I went 27/4/11 although i am bronze. I felt the Immidiate effects of being much more aggressive in the early game.
As an otp of the reworked asol, your comment about "never" using your empowered R for a single kill (without a shutdown/obj) makes me think about my own empowered R usage. For me, there's one other main time I find myself using empowered R for a single (non-shutdown) kill: Enemy toplaner is splitting and strong. They're in melee range of my tier 2, hitting it, and I'm the only teammate in the area. If I W in over the wall and EQ, they can just walk out, but if I W ER Q, they stay under tower, can't fight back, and die. This lets me push out the wave and come to the team fight around mid prio before dragon or something without losing sidelane towers. (Obviously, contributing less without having the R, but still more than needing to match the top laner/maybe even die sidelane under tower or something) Thoughts on this scenario? How often do you find yourself needing to match the split pushing yorick or whatever?
Just watched it, played 2 games of jhin 1 15/2/6 and lost, 1 2/3/4 and lost, decided to apply this video and went 9/2/11 and won, the Q taps, star placement and flight lines helped a lot, thank you !
What I noticed is that my playstyle is similar to yours. Just by playing him and trying different different solutions to fights I learned how to effectively play him. I mean that I relate to your play style
Bro this has been the most genius how to play a champion guide I think I have ever seen 11/10 on this Like I actually want to play him mid now and not perma farm jg all game :3
Thank you very much!! I recently change my main character from fizz to Sol to grind up and this is definitely the best guide that I found, I give you my sub and I'll see all your videos!! You're amazing man
My comment will be very different from the last one : Very nice and complete video. It must have indeed taken a LOT of time to make. Thank you for the video. (You even had the honesty to say that the Vex could have dodged more at 7:20, so I can't complain this time!) Great exemples of teamfight positioning. My only concern was at 23:07 : my opinion is that you took a lot of risks at this moment : a chain CC would have killed you as you were frontlaning (and your team would have lost it's main damage dealer). The rest of the fight was beautifully handled though. Good work! I've subscribed to show support. PS : Thanks for the 21:48 moment. Seeing a Yone waiting for his E to finish before being executed in your E is like music to my hears.
In 15:20 ur talking about a midlane fundamentals guide, please do it! Like Alois from top, but in mid would be awesome! I really don't know how to play the first waves in mid
I played League PC for many many years, lost my PC and couldn't afford a new one. The. Went to Wild Rift, I'm a hard fan of classic soul since it's easy to olay with the orbs while moving with a joystick. Rework is comming next year and this video will allow me to master it from release. You have my gratitude.
I'm a 400 k aurelion enjoyer, and he's my favorite midlaner because of his unconventional playstyle, it isn't about a boring combo usuable only once every 10 seconds or narrow abilities, with aurelion sol, you have abilities that grow in size and perma breathing starfire while flying and bending the cosmos as an eastern space dragon. The rework really made him live through his title despite having obvious weaknesses. I enjoy watching your content man, you alongside Quantum ^^
Wow this is literally what I've needed to step up my Asol Everyone questions me for maining him, but he's just enjoyable and epic imo. Thanks for teaching me how to improve my game play
huge tyvm for you my man! this guide is very helpful and didactics! love all teh effort you putting on this and hope to see your dream becoming into a reality! hope your channel keep growing, you will have my support for life! gl gl!
A couple of days ago I trolled a ranked trying aurelion, but I liked it so much that I decided to learn how to use it and I found out about this channel, I have no choice but to be main aurelion
nice guide, I m otp asol and I feel that this is the exact way u explain asol to ppl who just went into asol. Glad u also noticed about bugs. man I have em, playing around bugs so you dont get hit by them is kinda hard to get used to at first, so some newer players may struggle some time. Hope they will fix them. They actually did fix one bug not showed in patch - they fixed dragon not loosing aggro so you cant now kill dragon without taking dmg :( nice choice rito
Man im actually kinda proud of myself, I picked up alot on certain aspects of Aurelion quite quick for being a new league player (albeit I did come from Smite, Smite doesnt have any god that plays like Sol at all.) The guide confirmed for me a lot of things I was doing that I didn't know if it was correct or not. For instance, picking E at the beginning of the match. I did that for a while before I realized it was just... really boring, and made me super passive, so taking Q felt way better because I could push the enemy off my lane really early on. I have really good E placement on waves, but I gotta remember to prep the minions first tho. I've also been canceling bad flights on my own instead of catapulting myself into certain death lol. Still gotta get better about actually placing the flight paths where Im safer from damage, but Im improving on that each game! Most of my ranks with him have been in the C+ to B rank range, and my level as of writing this is half way to competitive rank. Im loving him a ton though so I'm really looking forward to him being my main mid champ :D
Perhaps worth mentioning that flashing cancels both your Q and W, so flashing whilst channeling Q only works when you're also in flight since exiting flight resets your Q cooldown.
Banger video, please elaborate on why not roa and seraphs? I always go roa->rylais->seraphs because I like the scaling and tankiness, but I want to hear your view on it
Thank you for this full guide, recently A.Sol is my favortire champion. I watched your guide and help me a lotttt. Now working on using W line. It will be good if have analyse A.Sol team fight montage video! Thank you for your good work! 😊
Personally one of my absolute favourite matchups on Sol is Malzahar. Pre 6 you can dodge his silence and he cant do much, once he has ult hes threatening but it's easy enough to keep your distance on him. But what i love most is that you can use his voidlings for free stacks whenever he sends them at you - and before you know it you've stacked far beyond what you should be and you can shred through the entire team even at 0/0/0.
About runes there is also one 2nd tree that I like : Bones plating - Overgrowth (Unflinching if needed) , and if your toplaner take TP , I may consider taking exhaust , I like it vs like Fizz Sylas Yone etc
Hey man, you are amazing. Really helped me climb up in Ranked. I have a little request though. Can you pls make a guide like this for YONE too? I would love to see it. Again, you did an excellent job dude. 🤘👍
@@n3ptune130 that's sad i feel satisfied when i play it. I really love that they transformed him into a simple but efficient kit, i feel him way less annoying/ more enjoyable than garen.
I can help a bit. Yone: Lvl 1 is your strongest Lvl against him in the whole game; you need to NOT let him take minions for free. If you and him fight 1v1 in the middle of the lane, you will take like 70% of his health with your Q, then go back up until your Q is back again. If you get him low enough, you can level 2 W and get his flash or kill. If he plays well, you won't do any of this and just farm under the tower using your E to freeze the wave. Bonus tips: Don't try to fight him at level 3, you will lose no matter what you do. That's just a farming lane; you can´t do anything. Back off every time he has his tornado because E + 3Q will force you to flash or take 70% of your health. Before LV 6, if he wasted his E trying to poke you or something, W toward him, this is your only chance to punish him (as long as he doesn't have his tornado). Fizz: doge. You can´t play, you can't poke him, and you can't do anithyn. You need people to stand still; Fizz will never give you that chance because of his E and Q. At level 6, he tower dives you, and you are dead. Just doge. Zoe: Doge. It is too stressful to play again; if she lands her E, you are dead. She will poke you under the tower because her wave is stronger than yours, and she will try to E you while you farm under the tower, GG. Sylas: Eat his chain (I really mean it), then hold Q and W towards him. This is the one that I´ve solo killed before Lvl 6 the most; he thinks he won that 1v1, but he doesn't. If you didn't punish him at the first three levels, just farm. You can´t beat his LVL 3 from that point as long as he has chains cc; if he wastes them, just W towards him and punish (same as yone´s E). Even if he is 50% healthy at level 3, if he combos you, you lose pretty hard. You need to make sure he doesn't have his chains if you want to fight him. Nafiri is pretty easy; just doge her Qs and W to your base if she jumps on you, then it is the same as the others. If she is in poor health, don't be afraid to W towards her before LV 6. The issue with the LVL 6 is that her ULT gives her 4-6 dogs that just block your Q damage. Qiyana: I haven't played againts her enough to tell you any tips. As you may see by now, aurelion sol laning phases power peak is lvl 1-2; you need to abuse this. I would recommend watching Aurelion Sol Challenger Players or watching Skillscapped on how to lane and trade.
When I play Asol top I save ult for either escapes or all ins. That’s only if they have engage or disengage that I need to worry about. If they’re Free then I just ult them off cooldown for stacks.
I love this champion in aesthetics and visuals but the duality of his gameplay can be a bit frustrating. Nevertheless, I want to learn how to play the space dragon and this video was a banger. I learned quite a lot, thanks!
I noticed in the video you didn't mention anything about Seraph, so I was wondering if you had any thoughts on the item and whether or not it's worth building?
Awesome video as always! I have a couple of questions. They are all related so here we go: What if you take trades lvl1, but it doesn't go well? What if you feed? How do you stay safe against a bully and farm with autoattacks while being dived under your tower by a Fizz , a Yone or a Zed?
What if What if you take trades lvl1, but it doesn't go well? What if you feed?: Well then you learn from it. You should get to a point where if you know your going to lose a trade, don't take one. Hang back, let the wave come into you and wait for your jgler. If you put yourself in a spot where your behind its the same concept. Just sit back and farm. Wait for your item spikes and empowered R and look to take a high percentage fight. How do you stay safe against a bully and farm with autoattacks while being dived under your tower by a Fizz , a Yone or a Zed?: Ideally in those matchups, your goal is to stay as healthy as possible until the minion wave hits your tower so that you arent in lethal and can farm safely without getting dove. Those champions unless there super ahead cant dive you when you have full hp. Hope this helps!
@@lolSolThanks for the detailed reply! It does help a bit, but I still have many questions. Maybe I will need your coaching when I take League seriously again.

If you get him low enough, you can level 2 W and get his flash or kill. If he plays well, you won't do any of this and just farm under the tower using your E to freeze the wave.
Bonus tips:
Don't try to fight him at level 3, you will lose no matter what you do.
I'll look into it!
@@anferneemorrigan7542 thank you so much for these tips kind sir
Soooo nice hearing "(coup de) grâce" said the right way by an English speaking person, the YTer I watch most says "coup de gra"
I noticed in the video you didn't mention anything about Seraph, so I was wondering if you had any thoughts on the item and whether or not it's worth building?
when you mentioned he has madaras voice my jaw dropped to the ground how did i not notice
Sol, this video is beautiful !
And I can’t believe Riot still didnt fix all those bugs, i’m also an OTP and it’s so embarrassing……
Nice video man

Awesome video as always! I have a couple of questions. They are all related so here we go:
What if you take trades lvl1, but it doesn't go well?
