In Gujarat, Ahmedabad has service center and all other city of Gujarat they have schedule, so if you can wait for 2-3 days for service person visit than go for it
Buy LG has it has better wash options than Bosch...I have just bought Bosch and it has problems since day 1..Bosch machine does not complete wash cycle and stops at end of spinning without completing it and bosch have very poor service in this regard. They just call, come and do nothing!
