Really don’t underestimate this one . Diet suitable to YOU ( not a fad diet or what others say is best ) and clean air to breath are very important as well . I have mars in Cancer in the 8th house eeesh. My saving grace is that Gemini rules my 8th house. One example is once when I was on the brink of an “emotional black out”, which for me was no longer hearing, smelling, seeing anything else in the room but my one emotion which was anger. It consumed me- my vision narrowed and my body demanded I punch out at someone. My imagination played hurting them over and over and I wanted to even if I didn’t know why. I hadn’t experienced this before/ at least not in years if I had. It scared me so much and I was so confused. It was like I was possessed. I didn’t even know why I was angry- it seemed to come out of nowhere. But what stopped me from punching out was the knowledge that my journey to self-love would be so much harder if I hurt someone. All those books I read on spirituality and their knowledge flit through my head and I removed myself from the scene. I was torn though! I know I didn’t want to but the drive was so strong! It felt like a breadth of a hair between actions and this is still what scares me. Intellect and emotion are two distinct things. I know how powerful emotion is when it drives you. I realise now that I was angry because I kept forcing myself to do something I didn’t want to do with this person and so they became a threat to me. (Clash of energies in my chart). Write in diaries is my advice! Know yourself and honour your feelings in the most self-loving way! You’ll always be one step ahead then if that’s your outlet/ habit.

It’s true about how our moods affect our productivity..it can be a pain in the ass..if we’re not feeling it..we’re not feeling it 🙄 I think a person’s other placements make a difference too. I have sun, moon and mercury in Virgo..so I can actually speak through or channel my anger and sadness into something more fruitful and productive ..kind of a super power I guess.

I have mars in Cancer in the 8th house eeesh. My saving grace is that Gemini rules my 8th house. One example is once when I was on the brink of an “emotional black out”, which for me was no longer hearing, smelling, seeing anything else in the room but my one emotion which was anger. It consumed me- my vision narrowed and my body demanded I punch out at someone. My imagination played hurting them over and over and I wanted to even if I didn’t know why. I hadn’t experienced this before/ at least not in years if I had. It scared me so much and I was so confused. It was like I was possessed. I didn’t even know why I was angry- it seemed to come out of nowhere. But what stopped me from punching out was the knowledge that my journey to self-love would be so much harder if I hurt someone. All those books I read on spirituality and their knowledge flit through my head and I removed myself from the scene. I was torn though! I know I didn’t want to but the drive was so strong! It felt like a breadth of a hair between actions and this is still what scares me. Intellect and emotion are two distinct things. I know how powerful emotion is when it drives you. I realise now that I was angry because I kept forcing myself to do something I didn’t want to do with this person and so they became a threat to me. (Clash of energies in my chart). Write in diaries is my advice! Know yourself and honour your feelings in the most self-loving way! You’ll always be one step ahead then if that’s your outlet/ habit.
