For the face mask machine, to use it properly no chunks should be used, you are supposed to let it set after it’s done for 10 min (best in the fridge) and for best results if it doesn’t cover the entire tray move it with a spatula fast if not it will set . I have one and it’s great 👍🏼☺️ I use a brush to clean it, mine came with one.
@@lisadavis9692 Actually to get the best benefits from fruit you need to eat the fruit, not stick it on your face. If sticking fruit or smearing fruit on your face was something that was fantastic and did all these great things for you everybody would be smearing fruit on their face. You would have dermatologist telling you to smear fruit on your face. You would have plastic surgeons telling you to smear fruit on your face. The way to get the vitamins and the antioxidants from fruit is that it must go through a person’s digestive tract.
Safia Nygaard used a mask machine like this a couple of years ago. But she used juice instead of blandat fruit's. Maybe that's better? Because then there no pieces and more liquid?
I needed a laugh. I just broke down in tears going through my photos on my phone. I was maxed out on storage and as I was going through my photos, I broke down in tears. I lost my dog and my dad within weeks of each other and I had tons of pictures of both of them, so needless to say, this made me laugh so hard and I needed it! Thank you Rachel! Love your videos
If any of you are thinking about investing in some ice/cold rollers - when I was a preteen my grandmother showed me what she did every morning. She uses two big tablespoons (metal kind) outs those in the fridge or freezer. Does the same thing. So if you wanna test it out try those!
Or you can do what I did. Go to Dollar Tree. Get their massaging eye roller. It's about the size of a teaspoon and it has a round end and inside a little plastic holder is a silver steel ball. You put it in the fridge or the freezer and the steel ball gets really cold and it feels really good gliding over your skin whether it's on your temples or your forehead or under your eyes or anywhere else. I bought two so I could do both eyes at the same time.
Using a real dermaplaning tool vs the cheapo ones is a huge difference. It's been a game changer for my sensitive acne prone skin. I use the stacked skincare one.
I loved this video! Quarantine has pretty much drop my use of make up by 90% but upped my skin care by 1000%. I can't wait for the skincare video, one of the reasons I started following you for ever ago is we have very similar coloring and skin needs.
That’s interesting. I feel like there’s so many gimmicky products that tell you they make a huge difference and you need this but it’s all just marketing and people are dumb enough to buy into it.
The contact with ice water can burn your skin that is why these gadget can be better as they target area and due to the glass they do end up warming up with contact to the skin which depuffs without hurting the skin especially sensitive one
I'm a huge fan of the skin gym rose quartz roller! It has a small side and a bigger side, it rolls, and it honestly is cold enough to use even without putting it in the fridge or freezer :)
Yay, just in time for my between-classes coffee break. Can always count on coffee and Rachel to help calm senior year, “waiting for graduate school admission decisions” anxiety
Rachel: "first mask I will try is blueberry" Me (a Northern European): omg her face will be stained purple 😬 until I remember blueberries aren't the same in the rest of the world as they are here 😅
Hi everyone, aesthetician here. I just want to say on the facial razor to be careful with it. Although technically the hair follice does not get thicker with shaving, it will appear to. You are cutting the hair at the surface on an angle it will cause it give the appearance of darker, thicker hair and cause it to grow back faster especially the more you do it. Rachel looks to have pretty fine hair so for her genetics she may just be lucky and the hair stays feeling soft but I can promise you that will not be the case for most so proceed with caution.
the big ice roller is amazing for the face but i mostly use mine when i have a migraine. I use it on my trap muscles, neck, and mainly the base of the skull. it really helps me
My dermatologist used the last device (the ice roller thing) on my face the other day after laser treatment. Calmed my skin right up. It felt wonderful!
I LOVE the PMD skin cleaning wand thing! I have had mine since clarasonic went away and I use it EVERYDAY. It has a cleaning head side and the other gets warm with different stones to massage and help skincare penetrate. 10/10!!❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
I have been dermaplaning for a few years - game changer in my skin care routine, my skin looks and feels so much better, skincare I feel absorbs so much better .
I like the roller balls you bought at the Body Shop, they seem to be the perfect size for under the eye. I think finding natural dyi fruit recipes for hair & face on the internet, use a fork/spoon and bowl would be so much better than spending money on the tic toc gadget. As for the facial razors, I just use my razors I shave my legs with. It works perfect and you don’t have to purchase special face razors, just be gentle and go slow, works the same🥰
Would love to see that mask making machine featured again, this time taking the tips from your subscribers. Think it’d be good(if a tad time consuming), if you get the hang of it. If it’s not, it’ll still give us a giggle. 😊 love from Ireland. ❤️
Hi, those globes that you got are called cryoglobes. You can use them after you apply any type of face mask to help the ingredients get pressed into your skin. You can use them with sheet masks as well. The globes can also be used to press serums and moisturizers into your skin as well as use them to de puff your eyes and use them to massage your face. The cold from the globes will tighten up your pores as well as sooth and de puff skin.
I hope your skin survived using all of these at once! I know I can't use my peeling mask and shave my face at the same time. It took a week for my skin to recover when I did it!
I think if you used the other end of the pink sparkly ball thingy it would fit the space of your eyes. Lol, I got to the part where you turned them around, I spoke too soon. Glad you got there.
Safiya Nygaard used the mask making machine as well last year (or maybe even longer ago I dunno) but it's a very interesting video :) you have to use the machine with everything blended REALLY well like it needs to be liquidy and flow like water
I don't know if you listen to podcasts but I think you would really love Allure: The Science of Beauty. You seem to know a lot about the science behind beauty products and I think you would really enjoy it! Love your videos (on both channels!)
I actually bought something from the Dollar Tree that works exactly the same way as those globes work except it has a steel ball inside of a plastic holder and you put it in the refrigerator or the freezer and it stays cold and you could rub it underneath your eyes or all around your face or anywhere you want and it feels really good and it's small so it looks basically like a spoon and the part that you rub on your face is raised and round and the steel ball is encased inside of plastic. It's small enough that it can reach into the inner corner of your lower eye and it feels very good. I bought two of them so that I could do both eyes at the same time.
The machine yelling at Rachel nearly had me in tears. 😭😭😂😂😂
Actually hilarious - I was cry laughing when the machine kept interrupting you 🤣
so damn demanding LOL
So bossy!!!!
Me too 🤣🤣😂
Can you imagine trying to have some chill time with that thing screaming demands? 😂
Me toooooo🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 her voice is so demanding🤣🤣🤣🤣
I think the fruit made the mask too thick, I think your supposed to use juice from what I've seen
Yeah, from what I've seen, it's supposed to be juice with none of the pulp. Also from Safiya's video, some types of juice worked and some didn't.
Yeeeep....

That mask machine reminds me of self checkout machines always yelling at me
“Item in bagging area”
“It’s my reusable bag!”
“ITEM IN BAGGING AREA”
*removes bag*
“ITEM REMOVED FROM BAGGING AREA, YOU ARE CLEARLY A THIEF”
Soooo, could we just buy some fruit leather and slap it on our face rather than trying the fruit mask tried here? 😂😂
Lmao
It would likely be equally effective!
🤣🤣🤣
@Aanya Naidu bruh it ain’t that deep
lol
Pink facial ice Globes
Fruit Mask machine 4:55
A cooling ice roller for face & body muscles 23:50
When she lays it on her cheek 'what a treat this is' 🤣🤣 WHAT is this nail color, Rachh??? You always make me smile and laugh, hilarious vid.
You can buy different size globes. Those are the largest ones I've ever seen. And the mask is supposed to be juice from what I've seen
Oh yeah.... I’ve never seen people put chunks of stuff in the mask machine! Lol 😂 That made me nervous that she broke it! 😬
But it seems like she was following a recipe from the instructions 🤔
I think maybe if she used a blender or bullet to puree it maybe it would work better.
Safia Nygaard used a mask machine like this a couple of years ago. But she used juice instead of blandat fruit's. Maybe that's better? Because then there no pieces and more liquid?
Hey Rachel :) can you maybe use the handle of the snowglobes for the inner eye area? :)
She does that later in the video
She does lol

You've been watching Twilight Zone!😁
@BrittneyyDee right??? I was scared it would chase her! 😂😂😂😂😂 That is NOT a relaxing spa day for sure!
Please pump more videos these days...I am at a low point and nothing makes my day more than your vids...they are a ray of sunshine 🥰
Juice needs to be strained and I don’t think the water to juice ratio was right. Also keep the mask in fridge for 10 minutes. This needs a do over.
I feel like you need to watch Safiya's video where she used it. lol
Took the words out of my mouth lol
Safiya did an entire video dedicated to that mask maker... she struggled with it too.
Back in the 50s women would just dunk their faces in a sink of ice water. Might be more effective than globes and rollers for depuffing.

I have to thank you for giving me the best laugh I've had in a while. Freaking hilarious. You trying to get that mask on was the best!!! Thank you ❤
Omg, you applying the mask in pieces - I was CRYING! 😂🤣😂
I actually love my ice roller for headaches and migraines. 👌
I literally LIVE for Rachaels videos!
I'm obsessed with the body shop roller. It's amazing!
Rach: glitter globes are to big. Buys bigger face roller. 🤪🤣
I think you need to strain the fruit mixture so there's no chunks in there if you decide to try the mask thing again😉
Hi Rachel,
I love watching your channel 😍. You have such a funny personality and beautiful as a mother of two kids! Have a fabulous day.
Those fruit mask maker demands would give me so much anxiety. 😳

I love rose quartz for its calming effects but what does it do for your face?
Oh my gosh the mask making machine vs Rachel is So funny! Love you to pieces

I was thinking that too! Swedish blueberries stains everything. I was a bit surprised when her blueberries were almost white when she mashed them.
Haha. Last time I made blueberry pancakes I had stained hands for 2 days.

The mask didn't set up because the moisturizer wasn't water-soluble. Try it again with ingredients that dissolve in water, like juices and aloe gel.
