Digimon World DS - Final Boss Chronomon Dark Mode

I won't finish Demon Lord quest because is way too long for grinding. Also true optional boss Chronomon Holy Mode still nearly impossible.

Is this game as tediously long as the PS1 games that came before?

Well if you play the main story quest only, it just around 18-20 hours. For post game content i think you need 27-30+ hours. The post game are: demon Lord side quest & 1 optional boss lv99. So it pretty much shorter than DMW 2 & 3 ps1. For story wise.
