Just got one of these guys a couple of days ago, He's a male, about 7-8 inches with a nice blue sheen. He appears to be settling in well with his teammates(haps and peacocks) but so far he's shown no interest at feeding time for the pellets, both Northfin and Hikari. Gonna try some frozen brine shrimp tonight, see how he reacts to that.

They seem to take awhile to color up. Mine is 5 inches and appears silver. I have vented it and its a male, also has blue to it when turned on its side.
