NIO has been compliant with the SEC and Didi listed when they were told not to. Nio and the Chinese government seem to have a good relationship so I believe they will be fine, this pain does suck but once didi is out the picture I'm sure these fears will subside

I like the functional NFT's in the metaverse, as opposed to overpriced .gifs and .jpegs that don't do anything for me. I got land in TCG World, which has been looking awesome and is going to be ready to play soon
Yes METAHERO is good. But RFOX, KLO and REVO are also very good investments. Especially check the MC and supply of KLO and REVO. Putting few hundred bucks now will make a good fortune.

I’ve created a white paper on an NFT-based metaverse of 36 levels for teaching my four year program oh Shaolin Kungfu , Yang Tai Chi Chuan, Taoism, Buddhism, Native American shamanism, gnostic and philosophical wisdom. I’ve divided up the information and now I’m trying to figure out how to create it. My main difficulty is that this is something you cannot do sitting down. In order to make people healthier and smarter they’re going to have to get up and move quite a lot.

Netvrk is gonna dominate the meta verse competition. They have a massive head start on everyone else. It will be virtual reality combined with best graphics you could imagine all ran on the unreal engine.
a head start? it isn't playable yet, the team isn't impressive (at a glance), and the graphics are kinda kitschy, in my opinion... the netvrk team could certainly pull everything together and create a strong, massively popular metaverse, but they certainly don't have a head start.

OK, land in the real world is not being made (ok some sea reclamation), so it's deflationary and normally a good investment. However, virtual land can be created, so is it not such a good investment in the long run?
Good point but land on the Metaverse is not bound by the same laws as real land. There will be further advances in possibilities and use cases that we have not yet thought of.
It's also extremely overvalued, big bubble. There's holding costs in terms of property taxes, you are also subject to the whims of the government, perhaps land repossession in less stable countries.
Inevitable step for our social evolution. We are about to see a separation in people, those that choose to stay in the real world and those that stay locked away in a 10'x6' apartment plugged in to a virtual reality.
Considering that creation of content has became so popular and tracking it is imposing sometimes problems, having NFTs to track is indeed one of potential solutions. I believe that the gaming is only a beginning and more of a testbed that will later spill over to other branches. Consider how many people work from home and how limiting online office environment is right now. There is space to improve there as well
I really doubt augmented reality glasses are the future. They are cool, but many people get dizzy. It will be a fad similar to 3D Movies. The "meta verse" will exist, just not how Zuckerberg wants it to.
I don't really understand the point of buying land in a virtual space unless the purchase is the way the provider recoups the costs of server storage and bandwidth. For sure virtual spaces will be important, but the only reason I can see to tie them to an imaginary geographical point is for vanity.

Notice how there was an article about Chinese stocks delisting at exactly the same time a year ago. Nio went from 52 to 41 back up to ATH afterwards.
