I keep returning to this meditation, I enjoy it a lot, I recite it sometimes in my daily meditations. When I listen to this, it fills me with so much quietness & peace. The souls voice is so relaxing. This was the first meditation I used back 3 years ago that has motivated me to meditation ever since. Thanks.
