Is she American or British...so weird
British
It's funny (strange/ironic) because she's famous for these very British films like the Pide & Prejudice series, and known for her diction, her distinct voice . . . but she was born in North Carolina and she bounced around the the US and the UK as a child. Her mom is English, but she sounds American in real life . . . with an odd dialect.
