The vote shifted to INDIA alliance not because of anything they did but because of what BJP didn't do with 10 years in power.
Modi & Shah refuse to accept its their own doing that resulted in this.
BJP will always be seen as a upper caste Hindu party. It may have build alliances but could not build the trust among Dalits, Tribals and EBC's. who along with Minorities account for 66% vote (20% Minorities, 16% SC, 7% ST and 23% EBC).

@@motei1853 BJP voteshare dropped only 0.8%. It was more of opposition unity getting it's act together. The real mistake of BJP was not respecting allies. But then allies like SAD and Thackeray weren't great parties anyway. BJP should now support BSP and CPM, IMO. Those 2 parties are not against pro-development policies. Mayawati had the brains to do a Brahmin-Dalit coalition, propose splitting of UP. You're missing the fact that congress fought on much less seats this time than in 2019, and BJP fought on more seats this time than on 2019. Given that they were fighting on less seats and still managed to up their vote share is a big gain. Instead of comparing BJP vs congress you should be comparing NDA vs INDIA vote share

in a huge populous country like India 1% Un. employment = 1.5 Cr = 15 Million People which in itself an entire country. So government cannot chill. Western economist cannot fathom the scale of countries like india , and strict adherence to inflation has resulted in artificial unemployment crisis in india. India has to selectively bring the cost of capital down in industries that create a lot of job and do not depend on Imports. Developenment and re-developement of Real estate , Heavy industry , and other are virtually the way forward. Strategic Treaties with countries like Japan, to acknowledge Indian assets a security in Japanese banks for cheap loans in priority sector can boost the growth for both the countries. Also forcing Russians to Invest their Rupee reserve in Indian Infra without government guarantee is the path ahead. We also need to liberate our major economic hubs like Mumbai , Bangalore , and others from the burden of state politics. Something all the 4 major economics ahead of us has successfully done (US , China, Germany , Japan) according to their extent. We need Free flow of foreign talent into india.

to be on the right path we need a complete redesign and rebuild of our Economy, which I don't see Happening, We never fully industrialized because of our socialist fantasies in the 70's and 80's, while Agriculture is important but for some reason we Romanticize it and demonize industrialization, Industrilization means manufacturing, and manufacturing provides the bulk jobs even though you are not highly educated, our Land and labour laws are a nightmare for a ny companies so that's why many choose to stay as MSME and get whatever benefits they can instead of scaling up, add the Vote bank caste issue and all hte political drama associated with this, even a reformist cannot correct this. As far as Hindutva is concerned, I think on a fundamental level there needs to be a reformation of Hindu faith, caste and superstitions (like godmen) need to be overcome....that's a dream, but I know it won't happen.

      Promote literature
      Bhagvad Geeta
      Books on Ayurveda
      Upanishads
      Tirukkural
      Sri Aurobindos books.

Jobs are driven by middle-class private sector, particularly through small & medium-sized businesses. Middle-class entrepreneurs play a crucial role in not only jobs but also in wages growth, which boosts per capita income of a nation; these directly depend on Union govt's economic policies & increased funding to states for education. Ironically, in Feb, Union govt had reduced funding for education.
In most successful nations, there is a balanced approach combining capitalism & socialism that drives economic growth & increase per capita income of a nation. Both crony capitalism & communism have failed in the World. Large corporations often engage in tax evasion by moving funds to offshore tax heavens like the Cayman Islands, allowing them to hide wealth, for 10 generations to live like kings, & without contributing back to the nation. India's per capita is lower than Nigeria. Ultra rich are the owners of ruling govt, & agencies are in party pockets, so smart Indian youth, are illegally going to America & Europe, Israel & Arab nation, looking for paying jobs.
When the middle class has more disposable income, the economy grows faster & healthier. India's poorest & middle class pay 50% & 33% gst taxes, while the wealthy industrialists pay only 3% gst, oxfam. Union govt claim of 8 crore employment from RBI data, includes the rise in "unpaid" workers like housewives. Meanwhile, UP has the highest no. of cust0dial d inside police stations & also has the highest cases where victims are wrongly charged with crimes. But, DK still keeps on trusting in 400 paar survey numbers

@@sridharmahalingam8190 I grew up never seeing such requirements of name for religion identification, until now. This is making us look narrow minded.
Our educated Hindu elders have always told us that there is no deep-hidden muslim threat behind jain or halal labels. How does it matter to any true Hindu if we eat something that jain or muslims must eat due to their religion?
In hospitals, do we ask for hindu or muslim only blood? As Viswamitra we have to start building unity instead of these divisions.
We still have many real issues, like our holy rivers and area around our temples are still not clean. We won't get to the high table wasting our human resources & talents.
P.s. Hindus fertility rate in India is almost 2 percent (1.92) and Muslim fertility rate in India is 2.3 percent in 2023; so the difference between Hindu and Muslim fertility rate is below 0.4 percent.
