Just came across this after watching your latest video from Nicaragua. I'm a recent subscriber, so I just saw this over in the sidebar and I like cooking shows and new recipes, so I clicked on it. Glad I did. Great recipe! Whoever was doing the chopping, you have some crazy good knife skills! Gordon Ramsay would be impressed. He wouldn't even yell at you. I, too, have been amazed at the versatility of cashew cream, and it's many uses. You can also add dessert flavors to it and make a delicious mousse. That near break-in of your van was scary. Stay safe!
Wow, what’s not to love about this vlog installation?! Dogs, cookies, grocery shopping in the produce dept (my fave place in any store), the house looks so cozy, comfortable and festive AND that recipe; omg that looked delish! I just saw them on another van video. You need to invest in a submersible blender. They are inexpensive and awesome much easer than putting hot stuff in a blender. Get the professional kind. I can send a picture of mine. It works great!

Ho Ho Ho Merry Christmas I just bought the cookbook Now I gotta see which is enough to be keto and which is not .They did a real good job on the cookbook the recipes look really good Professionally speaking The only thing I miss is the macros But I can figure that out About try to make that stroganoff but I'm gonna have to use Macadamia nut cream instead of cashews , Cashews are too high on the Carbohydrate List . So glad I watched this ... I bought the e-book and when I looked at the recipe for cashew cream I think it said something about jalapeño juice... I sent a message/email and asked, what the heck is or where the heck do I get jalapeño juice” ... I am going to try the recipe on the boys and I’m not gonna tell them that it’s vegan... we will see if they figure it out. Ally just know that spices do go bad they don’t last forever so you got to check that out.
Susan Doyle what they mean by ‘jalapeño juice’ is the liquid inside jarred/canned jalapeños, and not the veg itself

Trent is looking so nice and clean with his new haircut. Poor Allie, if you 2 were to venture into the new lesser inhibited China, you might have a serious competition for your mans attentions. You 2 should check out wechat.com This is the way China communicates, shops, sends, pictures etc. Let me know what is the equivalent of this that you use, especially to make purchases. I'm not recommending anything just finding a way that is not blocked in China. We all returning back to USA after the spring festival. Kinda' wondering what's up with the hair (or lack thereof) watched a few earlier videos, like as you guys were putting together van number two, & I was like "wow, check it out, Trent has some hair" just wondering why you switched to almost no hair. Wondering if it was to be different than all those van guys that have been growing their hair long?
I'm pretty much of a longhair from waaaaay back & feel more normal & comfortable with my hair longer, but do remember how easy it was to have it so short that a comb was not even necessary. So....like I was saying...why do you seem to be the 1 guy in van life with very short hair? I guess that "Chrome" guy is another.
though i bought a sink and have a 50 year old million dollar remodel in my future, it was all your fault: mold killing primer. now my kitchen is ready for a camera to start the remodel. yes your fault i have a white washed kitchen for christmas and not just a new sink.
