Can you do a video about pain management. I watch a lot of MMA. After hurting myself recently, I just had to wonder how you feel after a fight and the approach to getting better? For me, and getting older and pushing harder.. Currently the price is always listed .. All good. One month on the side lines. Small steps. Cheers
Hi, I have a boy who is very passionate about contact sports (wrestling, muay thai, boxing, MMA) He is 7 years old. I wanted to ask you to tell me what would be the best way to develop his motor skills and to become a complete fighter (if he likes it and further) what would be the order of sports he should follow to develop completely. What motor skills or other things could they better develop now, between 7 and 10 years old, to become a good fighter (which would be harder to develop after that age)? What exactly should we focus on to get the best out of those 3-4 years? Specifically what should and shouldn't we do? Thank you!
First of all your son is very lucky to have a mother like you that is doing research and allowing him to do the sports he wants. I’m no professional but generally a good base would be jiu-jitsu with either wrestling or judo as well as a striking martial art, kick boxing, boxing, or muai Thai. Obviously not everybody can afford all of that so I would say the essentials are jiu-jitsus and any of the striking sports with those 2 alone you can do wonders
I would reccomend he focuses alot on jiu jitsu and wrestling at that Young age, beacuse striking technique is a little harder to learn when you are 7 years Old. he should start to muay thai after a year or two of grappling Martial arts. The reason he should start to muay thai is beacuse they have elbows and clinch wich kickboxing doesnt so he learns a little bit more in muay thai that he Can transfer into mma when he is ready to switch over to mma.
Very proud of my cousin!
you are driven and you give back to the community. you will go far brotha!
